'What we once knew to be immoral, we celebrate'
Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, author of The Harbinger the startling New York Times bestseller that suggests the U.S. is in the shadow of judgment from God for its rejection of Him stood at the podium for this years Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast in Washington on Inauguration Day.
Amid weeping, praying and the sounding of shofars from the audience, Cahn said the U.S. has chosen a path that takes the nation away from God, and he pleaded with its leaders to return.
What we once knew to be immoral, we celebrate, he said. What we once knew to be right, we war against.
And he warned that no level of political correctness will change right and wrong.
A thousand apostate ministers swearing on a thousand Bibles will not change one jot or tittle of the word of God, he said.
Just hours later, Barack Obama rose behind another podium and gave his vision for the next four years in America, speaking of advancing gay rights and referencing the Stonewall Uprising as a great American event we should honor, Cahn told WND.
The conflict, he said, continues, between what the Bible prescribes for a nation seeking Gods blessing, and the nation that America appears to have become.
Theres always been a parallel with the going forth of The Harbinger and The Isaiah 9:10 Judgment [the video documentary of 'The Harbinger'], and whats happening in America, he said.
The address at the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast was another example. It was strange. that morning, in Washington, D.C., President Obama gave his vision for the next fours years and I gave the message of The Harbinger, a call

We are already under judgement...read Romans 1. We won’t stop killing babies; we won’t repent as a Nation. Ergo; the homosexuals and reprobates have been loosed upon us...
We now have state-sanctioned amorality. Not only sanctioned but encouraged. It’s a very sad time in America. We’ve always had immorality and amorality, but never before celebrated publicly at the highest levels.
When the government endorses evil, it removes itself from divine covering.
I think it is a chastisement. Judgment is a nation killer and we would have millions day each day...
“Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” Romans 1:32
This Nation IS dying, right before our eyes...
Isaiah 59
SIN, CONFESSION AND REDEMPTION
1 Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save,
nor his ear too dull to hear.
2 But your iniquities have separated
you from your God;
your sins have hidden his face from you,
so that he will not hear.
3 For your hands are stained with blood,
your fingers with guilt.
Your lips have spoken falsely,
and your tongue mutters wicked things.
4 No one calls for justice;
no one pleads a case with integrity.
They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies;
they conceive trouble and give birth to evil.
5 They hatch the eggs of vipers
and spin a spiders web.
Whoever eats their eggs will die,
and when one is broken, an adder is hatched.
6 Their cobwebs are useless for clothing;
they cannot cover themselves with what they make.
Their deeds are evil deeds,
and acts of violence are in their hands.
7 Their feet rush into sin;
they are swift to shed innocent blood.
They pursue evil schemes;
acts of violence mark their ways.
8 The way of peace they do not know;
there is no justice in their paths.
They have turned them into crooked roads;
no one who walks along them will know peace.
9 So justice is far from us,
and righteousness does not reach us.
We look for light, but all is darkness;
for brightness, but we walk in deep shadows.
10 Like the blind we grope along the wall,
feeling our way like people without eyes.
At midday we stumble as if it were twilight;
among the strong, we are like the dead.
11 We all growl like bears;
we moan mournfully like doves.
We look for justice, but find none;
for deliverance, but it is far away.
12 For our offenses are many in your sight,
and our sins testify against us.
Our offenses are ever with us,
and we acknowledge our iniquities:
13 rebellion and treachery against the Lord,
turning our backs on our God,
inciting revolt and oppression,
uttering lies our hearts have conceived.
14 So justice is driven back,
and righteousness stands at a distance;
truth has stumbled in the streets,
honesty cannot enter.
15 Truth is nowhere to be found,
and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey.
The Lord looked and was displeased
that there was no justice.
16 He saw that there was no one,
he was appalled that there was no one to intervene;
so his own arm achieved salvation for him,
and his own righteousness sustained him.
17 He put on righteousness as his breastplate,
and the helmet of salvation on his head;
he put on the garments of vengeance
and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak.
18 According to what they have done,
so will he repay
wrath to his enemies
and retribution to his foes;
he will repay the islands their due.
19 From the west, people will fear the name of the Lord,
and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory.
For he will come like a pent-up flood
that the breath of the Lord drives along.[a]
20 The Redeemer will come to Zion,
to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,
declares the Lord.
21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, says the Lord. My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendantsfrom this time on and forever, says the Lord.
Revival in on its way! I think you will see some amazing changes in the next three months. Jesus did say fear not for these things must come for the end to come.
What happened was immigration. Instead of being the city on the hill to which other civilizations could look, learn from, and emulate, we invited the whole world to come here and live. And we gave preference to people from non-Christian countries. Soon there were so many of them, we could not "offend" them with our Christianity. Instead of them converting to our ways, they changed US to THEIR ways. That was our mistake. We should have remained the city on the hill, but we let evil men like Ted Kennedy ruin this country. Can things be turned around now? It would take a miracle of God.
I'm quite clear on that...
Fear not is my point. Fear and worry can destroy your health. When things get you down the cure is prayer. I was getting sick when it looked like Kerry was going to become president. I prayed and later it came to me that he would not be president. Overcome fear by Prayer.
Dude, I don't know what Bible you're reading, but you better re-read 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2. A "great falling away" is next up on the prophetic calendar, not a revival. Christianity is in the midst of that falling away even now.
If Cahn’s analysis is correct, the next major judgement event will be in Sept 2015, on the 7 yr cycle.
Sept 2001 - 9/11,
Sept 2008 - financial crash,
2015 - ???
We ARE under judgement, as some of you so aptly say. What matters is what we, the remnant of true Christian (believers) do. We can go along to get along, or we can do whatever we can to speak the Truth, show God’s love and His character, and be lights in this ever-darkening world. Remember that we will be judged on our own actions, or inaction, not on what the nation decided was best. So, brace for persecution and possibly even death, and pray for God’s will to be done to bring His Kingdom here to earth. I have often prayed for revival and God’s mercy. I am convinced the only way we can get to a revival will be for America to completely fall and people are terrified of what will happen...the government confiscate all goods, or shoot all they believe to be enemies of the “State”. That will be the point that people will seek God’s help, and not before. Many of us have been praying for decades that we would turn back to God as a nation, but it is not happening...it’s going the other way totally. Continue to pray, of course, but we need to pray God’s will, not our own. Thanks for the many prayers that freepers do offer up.
