With the Federal Government’s confiscation of your physical being via Obamacare, it is pretty easy to just force doctors to declare mental illness for all sorts of political infractions.
Here is the proposed NYS assault weapon ban. Note that since there is a severability clause I suspect the mental health advocates will have some judge throw out the mental health aspects.

Ritalin, Ambien, Trazadone, Nyquil, Dayquil, any NSAID, any mood altering/controlling drug. Where are the facts on Fast & Furious or Benghazi-gate.....Clinton is still MIA...Obama is still spending and asking for more - has also threatened to make EO’s on the debt ceiling if he doesn’t get his way....blaming the Republicans for his failures...if he proceeds with his gun plans via EO’s he is guilty of a constitutional crime and trashing the Constitution....his race still has thousands out of work, he sees the USA as South Side Chicago as does Michelle....congress should get behind Rep. Steve Stockman and move fast should obama move on the Second Amendment.

This does nothing to stop the criminal element. They don't care about laws. This is to disarm the INNOCENT because of other peoples criminal actions.
The innocent American gun owners have committed no crime!,yet they're the ones expected to suffer the consequences? THEY have to "pay the price" for what another has done? THEY lose their second ammendment rights because a non-crime has been committed? WTF?
The gun restrictions in this bill are so bogus.

What will be the “military feature”? A rail for a light, a stock with a pistol style hand grip, a scope rail? Also, magazines down to seven instead of the dreaded ten? Registration for grandfathered owned weapons? My turkey hunting shotgun becomes an assault weapon?
All these restrictions are just harassment of legal good guy owners and do not affect crooks. Registration will put you in the spotlight of cops, arrests for paperwork mistakes and lead to confiscation. The new rules on firearms are part of a long standing liberal, statist agenda - not anti-violence measures.
You'd have to be crazy to want to own a gun.

The gun bill includes section [catch] 21:
a. No nuts will allowed to own a gun.
b. The desire to own a gun is proof you are a nut.

No excuses. No hoping that others will attend so that you don't have to.

Yup- ALL it WILL take is one health care official to ‘suspect’ a person might be a little ‘too intense’ or ‘two passionate about subjects’ to trigger ‘alarm bells’ i nthe healtch care official’s mind, and that person will secretely be labelled, (without hte patients consent or knowledge) as a ‘possible threat’ to others- it will go into a national database, where doctors all across the coutnry will be made aware of said person and will know isntantly if said person enters their facility (basically the national helath registery will be aq national trackign program) and the info will even be distributed to gun sellers via gocvenrmental mandate, and hwen the ‘background check’ is run, that person will not be able to pass trhe check
OR, the first healthcare official that ‘might suspect soemthing’ will forward that info onto a gov run pstchiatrist who will then order a mental evaluation at which time they will no doubt ‘medically determine’ (fancy term for ‘excersize their extreme bias’) that the person is unfit to own a gun
Years ago, our forefathers in the govenrment tried to implement a sterilization program that sterilized women who were mentally dificient- that didn’t fly with hte public (who at that time all they had to do was yell abotu an issue, and the govrnent backed down- but that is no longer the case today=- today, the government yells, and hte people back down) so they gave up on the idea of sterilization- That pissed them off- ever since then they have been trying to find a way to neuter society so that we becoem passive and dependent- they found that the only way they can neuter society was to pretend they were ‘protecting us all’ by requiring backgroudn checks, bannign certain weapons makign gun free zoens etc-
it’s succeeding- We ARE becoming england once again- Our forefathers who founded htis country, and those who followed and fought for htis coutnry, all did so in vain as today’s Americans will NOT stand up for their rights any logner-
