I use the same formula we used as combat engineers for C4: P for plenty!

The government within the last two years has purchased enough ammunition to shoot each and every American 4 times over (conservatively). This does not include the US Military. These are for the IRS, the Post Office, DHS, et al.....

Much like the axiom that 'experience is something you never get until just after you needed it,' an adequate number of rounds can not be determined until after the shooting stops.

Only then will you be able to determine whether or not you had enough.

In Massachusetts, there is a limit on how much you can stockpile. 10,000 rounds overall. That’s it. Bookoo bad juju if you go over by any appreciable amount. Or rather, get caught with more than that.
