Outrageous claims made by a professor who specializes in conspiracy theories are set to provoke grieving family by saying that the Sandy Hook massacre may not have happened at all.
James Tracy, a tenured history professor at Florida Atlantic University, wrote a lengthy post on his personal blog saying that the shooting that left 20 children and six teachers dead may not have happened the way that it is widely believed, if it happened at all.
Backed solely by the erroneous early reports filed during the midst of the horrendous incident, Mr Tracy 's claim is preying on the confusion of the tragic day.
'While it sounds like an outrageous claim, one is left to inquire whether the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place -- at least in the way law enforcement authorities and the nation's news media have described,' he has said.
The 47-year-old professor bases his outrageous claims largely on the flurry of conflicting media reports that were made as news of the shooting was released throughout the day on December 14.

Yeah, actually it’s a pretty typical search algorithm quirk/error. You can google the shooting with any date range you want and you will find articles about it “pre-dated”. Or you can believe this insane, absurd, wacko nutjub bullshit.
One guy is shown grinning, maybe laughing, moments before he faces the press. So he's branded an impostor, an actor. Where is the proof? How do you know he's not the parent of one of the dead children? Because some truther said so?
I have news for you. The grieving often find moments of laughter following a bereavement. When my father died suddenly, his family was devastated. During the funeral mass, something funny happened. So yes, I laughed as did others in my family. We all needed that laugh. It wasn't disrespectful. In fact, my Dad, with his goofy sense of humor, would have laughed too. Didn't make any of us phony.
You guys have to get a grip on reality. Not everything bad that happens in this world is the result of some giant conspiracy.

It if it typical, it must happen all of the time. That would absoluetley discredit any weight I would put on the UnitedWay fundraising announcement.

Could it be that date on the computer was incorrect causing it to appear to be 4 days earlier?
Could be a lot of things, IMHO, a simple data entry error, the 1 and 4 keys are next to each other, is the most probable cause.
I wouldn’t rule out a deliberate hoax on or by Prof. Tracy, google, or? either.
Still, something about this whole event just plain reeks.

There are no photographs of people running away in blood soaked or torn clothing. The "coroner" who was on National TV was laughing during some of the questions, and insisted that there was a rifle inside the school which killed the children. The police issued a statement indicating that the killer used handguns while he was in the school. The police insisted that the killer's mother was a teacher at the school, then denied it later. The "car" that was "shot" by the "rifle" had bullet holes in it that were bigger than 5.56 MM. The family members were laughing and smiling during some of the interviews. Some of the "grieving family members" were NOT EVEN REAL FAMILY MEMBERS of the slain children. The sister of "Vicky Soto" was seen laughing and smiling during her next-day TV interview. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT BEHAVE IN THE SLIGHTEST LIKE A GROUP OF HUMAN BEINGS THAT JUST LOST 20 CHILDREN TO THE GUN OF A PSYCHOPATH.
The people who suffered through Columbine and Virginia Tech were caught in the middle of a real life school shooting, and emotionally responded appropriately. This is hardly the same case with Sandy Hook's "grieving" people.

Maybe not those who sought out the media for their 15 minutes of cameratime, but those are a small minority compared to those who didn’t.

Watch this hoax video and note who is spreading that phony rumor — the bimbo reporter for Channel 9 News. This bimbo is running off at the mouth and also says that the nurse came face to face with the killer and then she ducked down behind the desk and the killer then just inexplicably left. The nurse says nothing of the sort in any of her multiple interviews with CBS and ABC. It was media bimbos making stuff up and putting words in people’s mouths, and makers of these hoax videos that are now editing news videos to distort the facts:

If that was an act, then it was a very bad act. If they were trying to put one over on us they would not have sent him out to do it. It was only his 2nd press interview in 33 years and his nervousness showed. His nervous tick laughing is understandable for anyone who has faced similar situations. Go down to your neighborhood gun store and pick up a Bushmaster and 4 clips of 223s. A 60 pound 5th grader could carry it.
Furthermore it was 2 handguns not 4 and the shotgun was in the trunk the whole time.

This seems completely ridiculous.
Back in the days before the 24-7 news cycle, cable news channels, satellites and instant video feeds, news choppers, cell phone cameras, instant messaging¸ the world wide interwebs, Twitter, Facebook, etc., even going back to the days before TV, a “real” news reporter had to actually investigate and interview and vet numerous eye witnesses and the police after the fact and not all in the heat of the moment. They had to go back to their newsrooms, if necessary find a phone booth to call in the very first sketchy words of a breaking story but had to go back to the news room, get on the phone, leave the newsroom and interview more people, and then actually sit down and write a full news story and that story was often reviewed by an editor and a fact checker before going to “press”. Now days, every channel, every news outlet wants to be the very first to report the very latest breaking news, even if that “news” is nothing more than rumors and innuendo and conjecture by so-called experts called in to fill in air time, and completely unreliable supposed witness accounts which often end up being false or what they over heard someone say to someone who heard it from someone else who heard it from someone……
I think we all too often think that life is like a TV show like NICS or Law & Order or CSI where the crime is perpetrated, investigated, intricate forensics performed, lab results come in, the perp is interviewed by the good cops and either breaks down and confesses in very great detail as to method and motive or it goes to trial and a surprise witness tells all and the good guys win, all of course in the span of 60 minutes less commercials.
I blame the sensationalist, first to report even if what they are reporting is false media, but I also blame the brain addled, instant gratification ADD public who demand nothing less from them.
Within mere minutes of Sandy Hook and Aurora and other such events, people (even some around here dare I say) demanded to know the name and complete background of the perp, his complete history including his complete medical history, the names of all his family, friends, educational background, religious upbringing, the name of his kindergarten teacher, what he last ate for dinner, his favorite TV show, a complete ballistic report, exactly how many bullets were discharged, complete interviews of anyone within a 10 mile radius ….. and so on and anything less than 100% accuracy in reporting within those first few hours or even days, was part of some sort of conspiracy, a cover up or purposeful misinformation or misdirection of the “facts”. (OK, perhaps that is a bit of an exaggeration but you might get my point.)
Just watched that and it blew me away with how obvious it was.
And they never showed the shot-up front door to the school.
