Yeah, but consider this: Any one state passes a total confiscation law like this. It takes a year or two for it to reach the SCOTUS. By then, a Supreme or two has retired and the balance is 5-5 or 6-3 in favor of libs. The SCOTUS reverses Heller and says this is all just fine...
