I worked and could care less about celebrating the new year. what does that say about me?

Howdy, Kathy! Today was relatively calm. I guess lots of folks stayed out late last night and slept in today. And we closed early too!
LOL! Getting home from work yesterday was a challenge because, altho the main streets were relatively dry, corners and even intersections were an icy nightmare.
Once I made the white knuckle drive home and into the garage, I didn’t feel like trying to make it to the mailbox, so waited til today.
Over the weekend I shoveled as much of the slush off the driveway as I could....slush is HEAVY! So now we are left with patches of ice.
Welcome, newzjunkey.....maybe you are not a fan of noisy celebrations? d:o)
