Fox local affiliate came on in Miami, said the Assclown was going to speak at 1:30. So once the teleprompter is loaded, expect him to stumble in at about 2:00.
According to WaPo taxes are going up for everyone above 250k.
Complete victory for the kenyan.
This has to be the end of Boehner and McConnell. Another totally useless Laurel & Hardy performance by them.
Wait I thought it was 400K and above that it would go up..now its back down to 250k? ANY Republican that votes for this deserves to be thrown out on their asses

However, I watched him today from the viewpoint of the underinformed (morons) majority who put him in office. Here's my assessment.....
Obama stands there backed up by middle class families, who look all folksy and not too poor or not too rich (and not too tall).
By contrast, Dork Speaker Boehner makes his Cliff pronouncements at a hallway podium with four or five House dorks like Cantor on each side of him, all studiously looking important and grim.
Obama at the podium craftily inserts all the Dem buzz words and phrases into his spiel...."students, granny, sick, low-income, high price of medical care, raise your taxes, etc." in his pronouncement.
Dork Minority Leader McConnell stands at podium before an empty Senate chamber looking like a little bespectacled inconsequential twerp.....and drones safe economic words that scarcely relate or make sense to the underinformed morons who aren't even watching.
Obama makes funnies during his content-less talk....but happily plays to the idiots behind, in front and out there in the vast TV wasteland.
Uberdorks Boehner and McConnell make no funnies and appear too up-tight to even crack a smile.
Need I go on?
Where are the GOP orators that should have been on TV right after Obama's vapid speech...going for his jugular?
Did you, like I, go back to what you were doing around the house or office with a sick, empty feeling that Obama got away with another crap speech.....and the GOP counter-attackers (if there are any) are all down in Nassau at this critical time soaking up sun and resting up for New Year's Eve?
(BTW, is there a Republican National Chairman any more....or is he down in Nassau, also? He seems to have vaporized after the election.
Love him or hate him, at least ole former chairman Haley Barbour would have been on the tube counterattacking in a New York minute).

Tax rates above 400k go up and “loopholes and credits” cut above 250k. IOW, exactly what the kenyan wanted to start: those above 250k paying higher taxes.
Boehner is toast for sure if he signs off on this.

Now that Obama has “won” he doesn’t have to hide what he really feels about the American people..and that includes his own supporters..He hates EVERYONE..including the morons who voted for him. Just like with Hitler, you think Hitler adored his admirers, of course not..he thought of them the same way Obama sees his own supporters, as morons. I can imagine what Obama was thinking as he saw those cackling hens behind him “What a bunch of stupid ass pigeons” and he’s right..just a bunch of sheep who do his bidding and clap when he says something.
Obama wants tax increases for EVERYONE, including the supposed middle class he cares about SO much..he hates everyone..his purpose is to destroy the US Economy because he despises it..just like he despises all of us..and if ANYONE and I mean ANYONE in the GOP goes along with this, I want their asses..they will be just as much as responsible for this insanity as Obama..I dont want ONE SINGLE GOP MEMBER associated with this bill. Dems want it, let THEM pass it

If appears at this moment that McConnell and the GOP negotiators caved in on the big things while Obama caved in on a couple minute things we don't care a RA about.
Also appears the true GOP conservatives are not cut into the procedings.....and are getting the info just a little before we are.
It's my guess the band of GOP conservatives undoubtedly will remain mute and say they had no part of the deal or the outcome and it will be true.They will get their cake and choke on it too. We will just choke on it.
Actually, it still remains to be seen in these waning hours before the stroke of midnight if the conservatives can block anything. I doubt if they can, I doubt if they'll even try....they'll just vote against the deal and walk away with clean hands.
We're going to have to sort out all these votes when the time comes to see who we will Tea Party and who we won't.
Obama will have a Happy New Year tonight. Michelle is probably out buying the pickled herring already.

Correction: He desperately wants to redefine the cliff to feed off the drama, anger, etc. The only fiscal cliff on the scenario is the one we reach today when government can no longer borrow money. Yet you haven't heard Obama utter one word about that. The ONLY way for the GOP to pull off a win here is to refuse to increase the debt ceiling. Give Obama everything else he wants, as long as you take away his ability to buy the next election by printing up more money.
