I seriously doubt that he’s going to jail. But the D.C. Police Department apparently has nothing better to do than examine whether he violated the city’s gun laws.

I'm sure the DC Police have plenty to keep them busy. However, the law is the law and it applies to everyone. You cannot selectively apply it when and where it suits you. When you have videotape of someone committing a crime - hey, that's a slam dunk. Prove that the law applies equally. Unless you think some people are "more equal" than others...
