Mr. Ruggles was stopped by the police. As the officer was giving him a ticket, he noticed several penguins in the back seat.
"With these animals packed in like that, I should give you another ticket. Take them to the zoo," the officer told the man. A week later, the officer stopped the same car.
Seeing the penguins still in the back, he said, "didn't I tell you to take the penguins to the zoo last week?"
"Yes sir, and I did." the man told the officer.
"This week I'm taking them to the beach"
