This piece has the ring of truth to it. That guy did exactly what any homicidal sociopath would have done upon learning about new gun laws.
John Boehner and Bill O’Reilly agree!
Thought it seemed familiar ;)
Honestly though, I can picture in the not so distant future some lib trying to do it. And thousands of libs appearing on MSLSD talking about how it’s only fair.
If you really want to be a sociopathic killer, why mess around with guns that might only kill a dozen or two in a gun free area?
Instead go for the gold! Join Planned Parenthood and work at an abortion clinic; or join up with a euthanasia-oriented medical facility.
In England alone, individual ‘doctors’ are now legally murdering more people EACH YEAR than mass killer Dr. Harold Shipman, who only killed some 200 or more people over decades.
So why be a piker? Psychopath or sociopath, or maybe you are a follower of (lizard specialist) Dr. Eric Pianka, who is all in favor of killing off most of the people on Earth, you, too, can kill for the love of death goddess Kali.
Jan. 23, 2013: I went to the sporting goods store and bought a crossbow.
Oh, congratulations, and please do invite me and Bryan to the wedding, and we’ll also be witnesses at the divorce.
We’re looking forward to it, sweetie! Thanks for the heads up.
I saw what you did there...and I like it.
Brilliantly funny, Laz. Thank you, sir. BTTT!
I love weddings! Hope they have it at the next Texas shoot-em-up thing. Or the divorce could be there, too. Either way, it’s a party!
Yeah...that’s the ticket! Just what would happen all right! Yep!
I wanna go, too! ;)
What the media primarily - and political animals also - MUST DO to get a handle on this is stop mentioning the name of the sociopaths and crying and hand wringing about tragedies. It simply raises the bar for the next psycho looking for 15 minutes of fame - and informs terrorists where we are most sensitive.
And the public needs to wise up, turn the TV off, forget the names of the psychos, remember at least one victim's name and if they must do something, then make a contribution to mental health research or treatment.
Spot on! Please add me to your ping list.
Great suggestion! See you at the shoot.
We’re going to have to coordinate the bridesmaids’ dresses...
Well, honey, it just wouldn’t be right without you!
Hey Laz; late to the party. I was a prosecutor for 18 years. I prosecuted my share of sociopaths, and also prosecuted eight murder cases. That was eight too many. Here’s the rundown of the victims and cause of death:
Billy Wikins; multiple stab wounds to the chest with a knife
Chris James: bound with duct tape, throat slit with knife
Nick Allemenos: bound with duct tape, throat slit with knife
Lisa Allemenos: bound with duct tape, throat slit with knife
Kim Schreiner: blunt force trauma to head with rock, stabbed 55 times with a knife
Dorothea Crain; blunt force trauma to the head
Craig Roberts: not sure, believed to be gunshot wound (The victim’s body and murder weapon were never recovered, no witnesses or confession. But his killer, John David Smith, is doing 95 years for murder. It’s a long story.)
Carl Gray; gunshot wound
I can still tell you every detail about these cases from memory, even though some happened 20 years ago. There are certain things you don’t forget. But the point is, sociopaths bent on killing don’t need guns. And in the majority of murder cases I prosecuted, they didn’t use them.
Now that’s the right attitude!
...after a couple of go-arounds, I was lucky enough to marry the guy I wanted to make miserable forever ;-)
The shooter, genius that he was (sic), could have easily obtained a medical degree that would have allowed him to indulge in his passion for the rest of his life.
Lazstradamus? That ain’t til next month.
Not me or any member of my Family.
