CREDO, a progressive grassroots group, is organizing a march on the National Rifle Association's lobbying arm in Washington, D.C. Monday.
"After the shooter Adam Lanza, no one is more to blame for the massacre of 20 first graders and six women at the Sandy Hook Elementary School than the National Rifle Association," CREDO wrote on the Facebook page where the march is being organized. "To stop the senseless killing we must first stop the NRA."

It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.. . Samuel Adams
Or in the case of liberals, to set brushfires of surrender and submission in the minds of men. We definitely have “an irate, tireless minority” dedicating their entire lives to subjugating the American people.
OK..... the proggies are going to surround NRA headquarters in northern Virginia, are they?
I’ve been there (fabulous gun museum). The building & grounds are designed to canalize protesters. The place is alive with surveil cameras. Demonstrations and/or violent outbursts will be well recorded & could increase membership.
BTW, disabled vets get life membership at half cost. I did.
How about obesity? Should we ban utensils since they enable you to eat (and get fat).
“So where is the counter protest?”
Downrange?
They’d better not bring their masked, black-shirted anarchist branch. They start destroying NRA property and things could get loud real fast.
You’re right, except for the fact that the Reichstag fire was a false flag op, this will be used in the same way. Unfortunately I think the left is going to win this one. Which 2nd amendment defender will go on TV and defend guns in the face of 20 dead 6 year olds. i repeat, 6year olds. The wave that this is going to start will be so powerful that we’ll be lucky if a citizen is allowed to own a Winchester 94 or a Remington 700. The days of being able to buy an AR 15 or even a mini 14 will soon be gone. The ammo will be gone as well since confiscating all semi autos will be too expensive and well nigh impossible and could result in violent reactions.
Yes. This is a watershed moment in US history. When they start displaying those tiny caskets. 12 little girls. 6 little boys and 6 woman teachers and not one grown man ......the woman’s vote will be 99% for gun control. No way any politition is going to get in the way of that. It may take while but semi automatics will be banned.
Yeah, the lefties can afford to march, what with their subversive activities funded by elitist tax-free foundations(Rent A Mob they have been aptly called)and their faces fed by tax funded welfare.
They should be met with knives and baseball bats. Because, after all, only GUNS kill. . .
I would. It is actually easy. Just point out that kids are slaughtered in “no gun zones” again and again, and then ask why the left wants to turn the nation into a “no gun zone.” What, do they enjoy seeing children killed or do they just not care?
I just got an NRA gift membership for my grandson, and no, I didn't really have 35 bucks to spare right now, but I'll just do without some other stuff until payday.
We, the NRA members, need to push them. If you aren’t a member sign up, if you are a member push!
I'm sure the spirit of Adam Lanza will be marching with them because it is only in gun free zones that people like Adam can murder so many people.
Guns are banned in schools, which didn’t stop a mass murder, therefore, the bans need to be expanded to other venues, and regarding certain types of guns, because that’s the problem. So say the liberals. Too bad no Republican will stand up against that. Although to answer your question, reports are that the shooter offed himself when the first responders started closing in. Having a first responder inside the school instead of “just minutes away” would have saved a lot of lives.
No one is going to take the idea of arming school personnel seriously. As I said on another thread in 38 years in the classroom I’ve met maybe ten people I’d want to be in the same building with if they were armed. And most of those were guys who’d served in Nam.In those 38 years I’ve worked with maybe 6 or 7 hundred teachers. And if I’d have had a weapon duting my 38 years i can think of a hundred situations I’d have been tempted to use it on a kid, a colleague, or an administrator.
I hope they march for a whole week, or longer.
There are no two degrees of separation here and no rational argument can be made
against the public. I said Rational.
Obama is now speaking to Americans like we're children and need to be punished.
If that alone doesn't infuriate the masses nobody is paying attention.
