DENVER (AP) — Sara Stevenson spends her working hours surrounded by Republicans, namely the married men who work alongside her in a Denver oil and gas firm company. But after hours and on weekends, she usually spends her time with other single women, and there's not a Republican in sight among the bunch.
"There was just no way I could have supported any Republican this year," said Stevenson, 31. "They skew so much to the religious right. ... They focused so much on taxes. It's not something that women in my demographic really care about. I've never heard my friends lament their taxes."

Middle-class America now looks down on women who fail to get an education and support themselves. “Gold-digger” is the nicest word for those who don’t, when they used to be called aspiring wives and mothers.
Well, this woman did what society expected. You can’t call her lazy or a gold-digger.
She is simply reasonably asking how she can work eleven-hour days, then come home and care for a husband and children. It’s untenable. It’s bad for children. Marriages do not have a chance. And this generation has figured it out.
If we’ve learned nothing else over the last forty years, it’s that this impossible scheme simply doesn’t work. Why should she wreck her life and her kids’ lives and some guy’s life trying to do the impossible? If you have children, you need to be a mother and only a mother. You need a man willing to marry who isn’t going to bemoan that lost second income.
What’s left out of this discussion is men’s role in deconstructing society. They won’t marry full-time homemakers — it’s embarrassing. They want someone with an important job — just a little less prestigious than their own. They marry later and later, if at all. How is it that houses today have twice the square footage they had in the 1970s? Two incomes.
Working mother is a miserable way to live. I’m not mad at anyone who eschews it.
Yes Filipinas work harder. I have one. It was the best decision I ever made.
Culturally cleansed life in America is like a chess board and each move is made to offset the previous destructive move. Feminists have culturally cleansed women from a mentality and behavior of high character, self control, honor and love and into the dyke perception of a man, without character, honor and love...sex crazed, self serving brutes (animals). No where has it been more successful than in the African-American community.
So, I guess drafting women so they can learn some self control and character to control the immediate gratification beast-female liberalism programed them to be, is the next move on the chessboard for humanism’s man-women.
Socialism’s politics is like theft gang activity on a large scale. It is illegal under the constitution, but we don’t have that anymore, it appears. You can’t exactly call upon Humaninism’s socialist woman’s honor to protect the rule of law and freedom. It’s the “gimme what you got” mob.

I moved a lot and lived in many towns big and small, and they all have one thing in common. There's always a church where the singles all go and at that church the "stuff" that happens there would make a Hollywood Soap Opera writer blush.
The single woman problem will be solved with time. GOP conservatives need a decade plan. The term decade plan is from the famous Chinese three kingdom period. Cao Cao the leader of the North lost a major battle at Red Cliffs to a coalition of the West and South kingdom. The alliance was too powerful to overcome. After the battle one adviser asked Cao Cao what was the next move. He answer, “decade plan”. Cao Cao knew that he cannot fight and burn resources in a hopeless fight against the coalition. He adopted a preserve, rebuild and wait plan knowing time will destroy his coalition opposition.
If GOP wait and preserve their forces, the Dem coalition will fall apart. Jews will fight with anti Jewish Arabs, Hispanic immigrants will fight with blacks over entitlements and influence in Dem party. Single women will grow old and regret not marrying and hopefully they teach their younger ones not to make their mistakes. Single men can delay marriage because they are still considered attractive in their late 30’s and early 40’s. Women do not have this cultural advantage. Once married, raising a family and paying taxes, these single men can change.
This is like the 1970’s when the Dems dominated Congress and the GOP can only win the POTUS every now and then. Like the 1970’s taxes were high and gov spending was large, and minorities were pandered to with welfare and etc.
The other riddle about GOP wide appeal problem, is 34 states have GOP governors (you need statewide support) yet they do not have 68 Senators (which also need statewide support). There is a disconnect between the two. What are the governor candidates selections doing right vs the Senate candidate selections in the GOP? Ideology vs winning, which must come first. It is not a simple issue to grapple with and conservatives need to study it without emotional blinders.
And the GOP is left trying to pander to yet another idiotic group. I with they’re realize that all they’re doing is saying, “We’ll give you a little bit of what you want.” While the Rats are saying, “We’ll give you everything you want.”

Actually, yes, I do.... I work in a profession where leftist women are fairly commonplace.

Since when is it the nation’s job to pay child support? Conditions of such should be for a limited time and should include implants to stop pregnancy. Absolutely; the welfare reform of 1996 put a big dent in the black welfare birthrate by not adding funds for additional children (no more “cash-for-kids”), putting a five-year limit on benefits, etc. Basically the permanent welfare vote has gone towards circumventing those restrictions and seeing that the freebies come from something else (food stamps, rent subsidies, free breakfast AND lunch in schools). I heard they threaten the benefits of the shiftless when their children miss too much school; the state knows the worst thing for an urban welfare child is to be anywhere near their biological “family”.
