Koshi-jutsu also works wonders on fat boys. I've been studying in the Bujinkan for over 25 years. Back in 1995 I had knee surgery when I was a senior in college at the age of 26 (went into the military before college for the G I Bill). Since I was in school and had no insurance...I got the "free" surgery at John Sealy in Galveston...which means they did a less than stellar job...LOL.

One of the by-products of that was kicking went out the window and so I turned my focus into Kyusho-Jutsu, Koshi-jutsu and koppo-jutsu and by studying the dim mak.

I now teach my sons kyusho points and koshi. No sense in breaking a sweat and getting all winded...LOL

Anyway...wish a union thug would throw a punch at me...

In the late 70s, I worked at a huge corporation that was partially unionized. The union workers were in my building, and I got an up-close-and-personal look at the quality and quantity of their work.

They finished their union-quota, one-hour’s work in about ten minutes, and they spent the balance of the hour in a very plush lounge doing their nails and their hair and chatting.

And woe betide anyone who finished her work in 9 minutes, too.

This went on for the entire day. They worked 80 minutes a day and played for the rest of the time.

I don't know. I think this thug is eligible for a the "Man's Welcome"...ST-9...then turn him around and kick him in his GV1...LOL. I've also found a palm slap to GV-20 to be VERY effective.

My best friend is a cop...and they teach them some of these pressure holds and strikes. I showed him GV-20. Needless to say he was VERY impressed...after his head stopped spinning (and I only went 50%).
