President Barack Obama has been pictured shaking hands with a South Korean rapper who sang about wanting to kill American soldiers.
PSY, born Park Jae-sang, performed at a White House charity event on Sunday, despite a deeply controversial performance in 2004 that has shocked and outraged American fans.
The rapper showed off his signature dance moves while performing 'Gangnam Style,' which has the most watched YouTube video in history.

The libs all accepted it as sincere, as did you.
Many American and NATO troops died to permit South Korea to remain free from North Korean control and invasion, and to get this asshat the right to spew his precious thoughts.
The least he could do is refrain from wishing ill on the very military that kept him from being killed by the North Korean regime, and which continues to do so even today.
However, this is the theme for today. There is no recognition of history, of economics, of morality, of religious practices, or basic human decency and human kindness. We may as well get used to it. It is now Mad Max all the time. It is now all right to wish death and hardship on anyone with whom you disagree.
Where will be the centers of learning and ethics that will preserve the pillars of civilization for a time when the world is once again ready to be civilized? Certainly I will be dead before mankind is ready for it once again.
Well certainly nothing makes this S. Korean pig any different than Obama’s other associate, the un-Rev. Wright and his GD American rants. Just another ungrateful scum from a country which should be deeply appreciative that the USA and its allies wasted their lives so pigs like Psy can spout their hatred of us.
Wright, Van Jones, Anita Dunn, Psy, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, his wookie American hating wife,.... all earn Obama the title of public enemy #1. You do not associate with these type of vermin unless you want to destroy the country from within and there is no doubt, this POS wants to destroy us.
There are no words in the English language to describe my hatred for this POS in the White House but maybe another language has something useful and more descriptive.
Regretably, what PSI did back in 2002 is not that much different from what thousands of American pop singers and Hollywood idols have done from the days of Vietnam on down.
After this news came out, Obama should have backed down. But he knew that none of his leftist supporters would be offended anyway. It makes them think Obama’s more of a peacenik like them, even though he uses drones to kill children from time to time.
I’m also curious as to why anyone would choose PSI as the start of a CHRISTMAS show? What does he have to do with Christmas. There are good Christians in Korea—I know a couple of them—but it doesn’t appear that PSI is one of them. Might as well choose Madonna as your Christmas star.
Face it. Obama isn’t really a Christmas fan. All he wanted was a publicity op that would draw a lot of attention to—Obama.
I’m sure Mooshelle was very proud!

The liberals also believe that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west as I do ( and presume you do too ).
That is a more complete apology than youll get from any politician and we all say things in the heat of emotion that we later regret.
He did not just say Im sorry If I offended anyone this part stuck out..
I understand the sacrifices American servicemen and women have made to protect freedom and democracy in my country and around the world
He not only said his words were wrong he gave an understandable reason (the death of innocent Koreans in Iraq) and made sure to point out that freedom in his nation is owed to Americans.
What more can he say?
So you say, got a link?
I still think he did it for monetary/politial reasons.
He blamed what he was complaining about on the wrong people.
Anybody that talks about killing American women and children needs a better apology than his political one.
He's a good one to be a buddy of Obama.
RE: So you say, got a link?
Why should the onus be on me to provide a link for something so obvious? The onus should be on the person who insists that liberals believe that the Sun sets in the east and rises in the West. Where’s YOUR LINK for that?
RE: Anybody that talks about killing American women and children needs a better apology than his political one.
OK, so what do you suggest he do short of committing hara kiri?
what he said was barbaric in words and context. He sounded like a mooslim lunatic. His so called apology was even worse. I call it a plastic surgery ‘apology’ at best.
I think you mean well, but you sound naive to believe that he sincerely apologized.
PS: He is ugly on the outside as well as inside, but must have a heckuva marketing agent.
IF he felt really bad about what he said, he should have retracted his statement and sincerely apologized way back then, after he “cooled down.”
The timing and the wording of it all is suspicious enough. He did not apologize for what he said, just the words he used to express his sentiments. Some apology.

That performance was done 10 years ago.
The performance was in response to the 2002 death of two Korean school girls, who were killed in an accident with an American military vehicle outside of Seoul, according to Korean Web site BusanHaps. The soldiers driving the tank were acquitted by a US military court.

According to the Korea Herald, anti-American sentiment ignited after their deaths, and one of the most outspoken critics in the local entertainment industry was Psy.
Mediaite reports a second incident in 2004 after a South Korean missionary was executed in Iraq an act of revenge for the country’s support of the U.S. war in Iraq Psy performed an anti-America song with another popular Korean rock band.
Now, in light of what happened in his country, I can understand the anger he felt in the heat of the moment. If you can’t, then try putting yourself in his shoes for once.
Had Psy still insisted that he felt that way and his lyrics are still justified, then, yes, the man is our enemy.
But if his apology today, wherein he actually showed appreciation for America’s sacrifice for his country, means nothing to you, then there is absolutely no redemption for anyone in your mind.
We part ways in our reaction to his apology.
RE: He did not apologize for what he said, just the words he used to express his sentiments.
These are the words, maybe you can amend the words to see how it will become more satisfactory :
As a proud South Korean who was educated in the United States and lived there for a very significant part of my life, I understand the sacrifices American servicemen and women have made to protect freedom and democracy in my country and around the world. The song I featured on in question from eight years ago was part of a deeply emotional reaction to the war in Iraq and the killing of two Korean schoolgirls that was part of the overall antiwar sentiment shared by others around the world at that time. While Im grateful for the freedom to express one’s self, Ive learned there are limits to what language is appropriate and Im deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted. I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused by those words.
I have been honored to perform in front of American soldiers in recent months including an appearance on the Jay Leno show specifically for them- and I hope they and all Americans can accept my apology. While its important that we express our opinions, I deeply regret the inflammatory and inappropriate language I used to do so. In my music, I try to give people a release, a reason to smile. I have learned that thru music, our universal language we can all come together as a culture of humanity and I hope that you will accept my apology.”
Outrage? Among whom.. Americans? LMAO!! The sheep have no friggin’ clue or interest in what he said in 2004.
Us “f***ing Yankees” are typically all that stands between decent folks and the savages of the world.
Maybe we ought to just bring our people home and liberate our own country...Hmm?
Let the North finally come rolling in with their lists and hit squads, just like Hue during Tet, and PSY and all the useful idiots who think like him can have their little Utopia...until the hardcore Northerners get around to them too.
The onus should be on the person who insists that liberals believe that the Sun sets in the east and rises in the West.
Well if you find anyone saying that, ask them.
PSYco still blames the US troops for the death of Koreans in the war zone. (they were acquitted)
And he said he is "deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted." As if saying that Americans should be killed slowly and painfully can actually mean something else.
So he should give a few million to Military families where someone was killed or severely wounded.
Especailly for anyong that was killed "slowly and painfully."
For the first time in her life, Mooshelle was really, really proud of South Korea.
well, in all fairness I would guess Obambi didn’t know...
The issue is that the President of the United States shouldn't bestow the honor of a White House visit on such as this.
That’s horrible, but black humor it does sync with the tune :)
