But aerospace engineer/climate expert Debbie Stabenow feels global warming when she flies. What does Rutan know. LOL

The Amerimoron public is stupid beyond my ability to describe them. The Amerimorons have decided that “Climate change” is man made, it’s a religion, and requires faith.

Forget Christianity, we now have the church of liberalism.

Sure there’s global warming. Ten thousand years ago there was a mile of ice on top of Central Park, now it’s gone. It melted due to global warming. That’s happened countless times before and will again. It’s called glaciation and it’s a normal part of this planets climate cycle. People are observers, not causes.

Once Debbie Stabacow has said it, what’s left to be said?

I’d put more faith in what Burt says, about anything than what Debbie says period.

...and besides, when was the last time you heard straight talk from a democrat?

...and why is that?

So many questions. So few answers.

I thought that Rutan died in a crash in the White Mountains?

The above website address is a report in pdf form that suggests large man-made bodies of fresh water (dam reservoirs)around the World are a major cause of changing weather patterns, temperatures and rainfall rates. From what I understand, climatologists are not involved in or support this study, probably because it doesn't fit with their political agenda of taxing the population for carbon use. This work was performed by hydrologists aka...real scientists. When you look at lists of the largest dams in the world and add up their water capacities of volume and surface areas, the totals are incredible when compared to something like the Great Lakes which have been affected by reduced rainfall and water runoff from the Great Lakes Basin in the past several years. The only problem with reservoirs causing changes in weather patterns is that it would take another world war to fix it...nobody wants to give up their dams, reservoirs or water without a huge fight. Most of us here, including myself believe that the weather patterns of today are part of multi-year cycle, like what caused the weather patterns during the Dust Bowl days. This concept of displaced fresh water(measured in cubic kilometers) being the cause of climate change is so much more believable than carbon emissions (measured in parts per million.

Yet another reason why Burt is one of my biggest heroes.
