I did my annual open enrollment yesterday. Premiums up, deductibles up, max out of pocket up.
This was actually a brilliant move. Reducing the life span improves the financials of Soc Sec and Medicare AND more quickly kills off old white people who tend to vote Republican.

Many horrible things are reality: Rape, murder, slavery, ObamaCare, and the like. That does not mean I have to lie back and accept those things, enjoy them, or celebrate them. They all exist. My employer is already switching our healthcare plan to save $. I’m pretty sure he’s going to stop his GENEROUS contribution to our flex funds, too. (That covers OTC meds, which have been slashed to the bone & dental - which I still have and will quick get some minor work done in the coming year...) How much more will *I* be required to pay come January, 2014? I do not know. Nor will I until it’s gone from my paycheck. *SIGH*
