The father of David Petraeus' mistress Paula Broadwell has defended his daughter today as an 'exceptional person', saying he supports her 100 per cent after details of her sordid affair with the decorated general were made public.
General Petraeus's relationship with Broadwell, his biographer, was revealed on Friday after an FBI investigation which suspected corruption between the pair.
Broadwell's father Paul Kranz, a retired high school basketball coach, suggested that the explosive revelations that led to Petraeus resigning as CIA director, have been used to cover up a bigger scandal.
There may be something bigger, but at this point this seems enough. Shades of the crazy Navy astronaut and the 82d ABN ADC.
Things tend to get sticky when the girlfriend(s) go after the mistress, while the wife it home alone (maybe or maybe not).
O what a tangled web we weave ....
Please include me! Thanks!
Hi, MestaMachine! May I be added? Let’s see if congress will get to the bottom of this...maybe...hopefully (sigh)?
“You would think that the woman Kelley from Florida after getting threatning emails from Broadwell, would have told Petraeus about them before going to the FBI. I mean Kelley and her doctor Husband were suppose to be such close friends of Petraeus and his wif Does not make since.”
It makes sense if at least one of the threatening emails came from Petraeus’ gmail account. He and Broadwell may have been sharing that account, like terrorists do. You just type a message to someone else and send it to the Draft folder w/o actually sending out in cyberspace, thus keeping out of reach of prying eyes. The other person with the password logs in to read it and then deletes it, leaving a draft message of her own.
IIRC, someone connected with the OKC bombing was doing this... it was a mystery why he loaned his laptop to an Al Queada member. (Nick Berg? Can’t remember.)
Keep all of your stuff that you would rather not have anyone else seeing encrypted with GPG encryption. Can be downloaded for free. Even the NSA can’t currently break it. JUST BE SURE THAT YOU DON’T LOSE YOUR SECRET KEY. Make a couple of copies on flash drives. Even with your key your encryption can’t be broken without your passphrase. Make it reasonably long. eg “drunk with fatigue deaf even to the hoots of tired outstripped five nines”
“Diversion and distraction.”
Precisely!
While the whole country is focused on the latest scandal, Frank Davis, Jr. is busy instituting his agenda.
To the General: Get those teeth fixed, man! How tall are you, anyway? 5’8”?
“he supports her 100 per cent”
Supports exactly what? He supports her cheating on her husband with a married man? I am confused...
...and to be honest, who really gives a rats @ss what this woman’s father thinks? Did we really think he would throw her under the bus?
Please, please, please let this result in the usurper’s impeachment.
So now is seems the slut is telling FATHER some Confidential information, National Security issues......
How much more stupid can this get? FATHER KNOWS something, and the idiot is blabbing? rofl.......good thinking POPS. Your next to be subpoenaed before CONGRESS, idiot.
AWE life in the fast lane, lol
oh please, don’t blame the wife.........
“Not sure what to make of all of this, but it isnt just about sex.”
It’s far too cliche’ to be believed.
Kennedy School, Harvard Center for Public Leadership, Fletcher School at Tufts - she's been swimming with big leftists for a while.
Is that anything more than imaginative speculation?
Nick Berg is the guy whose head got cut off in Iraq.
Of course it's not about sex. It's about a dead ambassador and who did what (if anything) between campaign trips to Vegas and interviews with "The Pimp With The Limp".
please add me to your Ping list. Thanks
On her [Broadwell] computer, investigators found classified documents, the U.S. officials said, a discovery that raised new concerns.
At Mr. Petraeus's interview in the week before the election, he also admitted the affair and said he hadn't provided the classified documents to Ms. Broadwell. Agents conducted a second interview with Ms. Broadwell on Nov. 2. She also said Mr. Petraeus wasn't the source of the documents.
That information helped resolve concerns that there was a national-security breach, although the source of the documents hadn't been determined. The officials offered no specifics about what was in the documents.
