The recount started at 7 am this morning.
Any word how it's going? Was only for one county.
Go Col. West, you are in a Battle.
The naysayers will soon be showing up on the threads stating there is no fraud and we are a laughing stock of DU and Kos.
From Madam Elections Chief, on her own site, STILL TODAY, this PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. (NOTE, THIS SAYS ALL BALLOTS CAST EARLY, not only certain days)
PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
AN EMERGENCY MEETING FOR THE CANVASSING BOARD HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY NOVEMBER 11, 2012 AT 7:00 AM AT THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE, 4132 OKEECHOBEE ROAD
THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS TO RECOUNT ALL BALLOTS CAST DURING EARLY VOTING
I hope to God it is. Only early votes (see my post below) were to be counted. She posted on HER ELECTIONS site, per Public Meeting Laws, that ALL early votes were to be recounted. Now, she’s picking days, and employing stalling/cherry picking techniques hoping Col. West will be maligned and quit.
This ought to scare anyone of any political persuasion that perhaps your vote really doesn’t COUNT.
I like my paper and pen vote.

Another question: Where is the Tea Party? Have they been vocal or assisting West with this recount? If not, thats a major slap in the face...not to just West, but all of us.

the Fraud Crap is really hitting the fan over there now.
despite a public statement on the elections head’s site, instead of counting ALL Early Ballots, only counting a few days. electrical plugs have come out of machines and memory cards messed up.
if this doesn’t scream FRAUD, i don’t know what does. this is certainly worthy of a Court injunction AND Madam Elections Chief has proved herself worthy of a place in the Obama Administration (DOJ Voting Rights perhaps?) last bit sarcasm.
Ms. Walker is now known to me as the Official “Stupidvisor of Elections” for St. Lucie County.
Once the demholes steal an election...it’s impossible to take it back. I’ve changed my retirement plans from Florida to Arizona.
I live down here. Col. West was given every chance you could hope for and had much support but he wanted to rant and rave and he blew his opportunity. Right out of the box he hired a nut as his office chief. He was redistricted and physically moved to a republican part of the county. He can recount till the cows come home but I have a feeling he is going to lose.

A MANDATORY COMBINATION OF STATE/FEDERAL VOTER ID CARD AND RETINAL SCANNERS AND NO ONE CAN CHEAT! It can be done because anyone with a security clearance uses them daily.

If there has been fraud going on, and today looks like a great example of fraud and/or massive competence by the Elections Dept., how to you combat that? (given the demographics?)

UPDATE: Gary Angelo Galiano - Now they’re saying there’s three minutes to the 12 o’clock deadline what next. Currently in the press room results any minute.
