Staten Island resident William Boden interviewed by phone. Staten Island has been abandoned. No electricity, no gas, no heat. People without shelter, clothing, food, water. Staten Island is gone and will never come back. Obama and Bloomberg lied to us. Red Cross absent. Promised FEMA aid absent. No aid of any kind. People lost all personal possessions in flooded, wrecked houses.
You’re right...it was an idiotic statement as I’ve been advised by others that Staten Island is a strong Republican stronghold.
But, I don’t think the sentiment is idiotic. The cities, by and large, are populated with takers. The cities keep screwing us in these elections. Nothing a plague or two wouldn’t straighten out.
Nevada? Oh, I get it. They went for the turd in this election. Need to update the home page as I left there in 2005.
Now that you mention it, I think I knew that. Need to do a little reflection on my posts in the future so they don’t come off as being extremest...like the one I made on another thread where I hoped for plagues to hit the big cities.

I’m not trying to save New York. Since I can’t be there to bring a hot meal to a family who may be living on peanut butter sandwiches I’m relying on volunteers to do it. Obviously you’ve never been hungry or done without a day in your life. Leaves you plenty of time for snarky comments. Good for you.
This is what the tin foil hat side of me thinks. The MSM on Tuesday night said Obama won. Everybody goes...oh..ok.
You realize that they are being punished/ignored BECAUSE they are in a GOP county, right?
The same way that the administration ignored the tornado victims in March of this year, right?
The message: government disaster relief efforts will be spent mostly on Democrat counties. Whether they are in New York or not. Your taxes are helping to rehabilitate democrat counties, but not the republican ones.
