...The senior Woods is correct. Inevitably, there will be a bipartisan fact-finding commission into this terrible tragedy and its cover-up.
Unless the mainstream media stops abetting the cover-up and the facts come out without a commission wielding subpoena power.
Isnt this a story a gigantic story?
Of course. But we fear that ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, The New York Times and The Washington Post will only choose to realize how obvious this is after Nov. 6. Then it will come to them spontaneously, were sure.

The full investigation must take place to clean the rats and vermin from the military establishment. Then work your way through all the government agencies doing the same.
.
Im ashamed that two former U.S. Navy SEALs asked us for help but we went to Vegas instead. Nobody had THEIR back! They were murdered because the U.S. government didnt care about them. Obviously, Obama thought that they were expendable. Obama can KMA.
And that was after the two Navy Seals had rescued numerous other Americans who were in the compound that night. Where are those people, and why aren't they talking?
I would not let Obama touch me, let alone allowing him to KMA! EWWWWW!
Yes, thanks. We kind of clarified this downstream. We’ve not quite seen a breakthrough to the Corrupt Media (yet?)
Seems to me that the story is breaking open mostly in editorials in areas close to military bases. There was an editorial in a Las Vegas paper, close to Nellis AFB. And of course, San Diego is where the USMC training base is at (I forget the name of it).
Maybe the editorial boards have a clue about how angry the military folks are about this. Maybe if they knew that even non-military people care deeply about this issue too, editorials would spring up in the rest of the country as well.
Or maybe not.
Typically, "walking papers" for feral gubmint employees consists of a promotion into a position several states away, "up and out". Most of my observations of this truism have come within the USDA Forest Service.
This phenomenon accounts for the near-meteoric rise of some individuals.
The "Peter Principle" has far less meaning in the Land of Make-Believe than it has in the Real World.
We had a police chief in our city, that was a great guy. He was very well liked by the department and the citizens.
Then he ‘retired’ and went to work in Bell Gardens, California. There he pulled down a massive salary, and became involved peripherally in one of the biggest city scandals of all time. He was pulling down in excess of $400k per year, and drawing a big income from our city based on the idea he wasn’t supposed to work again.
A number of other city officials were prosecuted, but to this date he has skated.
He has retired from there also, and as I understand it is pulling down a retirement income from there also.
When I was young I actually thought the private sector was the way to go. Young and dumb I guess. ;^)
Don’t bother with Drudge...he’ll just put some anti Newt articles up.
Pipe dream fantasy. Part and parcel of the 1st Amendment is the absolute right not to say something if you don’t want to say it, unless compelled to by a court of law. The media hasn’t been subpoenaed. They may be classless jerks for not writing about Benghazi, but they are completely within their 1st Amendment rights.
Ok, you’re not kidding, but you’re still clueless. It’s not a crime to keep your mouth shut, no matter how much of a betrayal it is to their “professional standards”. The media’s right to not report on Benghazi is protected by the 1st Amendment just as much as their right to report on Benghazi would be protected.
It’s not as sweet if you read the accompanying stories. Then you find out this kid’s lib parents have brainwashed her with NPR:
“She talks about Mitt Romney and Barack Obama all the time,” Evans continues to tell ABC. “She always says that Obama is the president and that Mitt Romney is a bad guy who just wants money and wants to be the president She is very precocious.”
Well, Boogieman, I no longer care about their rights.
Not a single one.
They are forfeit.
Well, that is sad. I think the worst thing that these domestic enemies can do to us is cause us to abandon our support for American principles in our fight against them. If we do, they’ve won, even if we defeat them.
I haven’t abandoned my support of American principles at all.
I have abandoned my support of their rights as human beings.
They are my mortal enemy. I give them exactly as much regard as they give me, and that is none.
If they insist upon following their current path, then we are destined to meet in battle, and one thing that I will not bring with me is mercy.
I’m not going to feel guilty about it either. If someone is intent of destroying my beloved country, then they are going to have to go through me the hard way.
“I havent abandoned my support of American principles at all.
I have abandoned my support of their rights as human beings.”
Those two statements are in direct contradiction... unless your idea of “American principles” is very different from mine. You know, believing that ALL men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
What I believe is what I told you.
Some of those men forfeited their rights.
That is the path they chose, and they will get the fate that they deserve.
