Obamamedia's desperate, last ditch attempt to re-elect Obama
WASHINGTON (AP) - Racial attitudes have not improved in the four years since the United States elected its first black president, an Associated Press poll finds, as a slight majority of Americans now express prejudice toward blacks whether they recognize those feelings or not. Those views could cost President Barack Obama votes as he tries for re-election, the survey found, though the effects are mitigated by some Americans' more favorable views of blacks.
Read the poll[PDF] and then ask yourself, how in the hell did the AP come up with that headline. Disapprove of Obama's policies =racist

No! I’m just against stupid socialists. If they happen to be black! Well, that’s their problem, not mine.
Last night, Nightline did a story on the KKK in Tupelo, Mississippi. I only watched because of the locale: the state within I reside and call home.
Of course it was one sided and completely negative; made the head guy look ignorant, stupid, hateful, mad-as-he//, and uneducated, and ended with a black preacher. All well and good, save for the timing of this expose’.
I figured it had to do with this election and I see I’m right.
The KKK group or clan, had under 15-20 members and likely fewer. Admittedly, I wasn’t paying close attention, given my phone rang during the program.
Thanks for the link to the questions. It was interesting to see that most people wanted a small government.
Doesn't help that blacks overwhelmingly (96 or 97%) voted for him because he is (1/2) black. Flash mobs certainly haven't elevated opinions of large groups of black youths taking what they want and trashing businesses. Black celebrities partying with Obama (with VERY expensive champaign and donating huge sums to Obama while poor blacks can't find jobs) and not mixing or actively helping black communities don't help the image either. The Rev. Wright verbiage hateful of America and whites, now that's certainly not bonding people, except those who hate America and who hate whites.
... and that really warms my little heart.
Prejudice basically means you pre-judge someone without any facts to back up your opiniion/assumption of that person?
I don’t hold any prejudices against blacks. What I hold a prejudice againat is Urban Ghetto culture and those that live and perpetuate it. A culture that devalues life, degrades women, destroys the family, moves to replace God with the government, has no personal responsibility, always looking for the next “free” thing, and holds nothing sacred except the desire to please one’s self, even if it means the death of another.
Is it my fault that most of the people that live in this culture are black? Nope; it’s their own fault, with a dig helping hand from the liberals/socialists/marxists in this country for the last 80 years.
If I was a black man, you better bet I’d be mad as hell. It wouldn’t be at conservatives, either.
Also, sheer hatred, spite, and revenge-when Coleman Young became mayor of Detroit and white flight got going with a vengeance, he made a staement to the effect that “wherever they go, we will follow-there will be no escape”. I used to wonder how app 12% of the population could possibly shadow app 70% of the population, but in my reading/research I learned that the tipping point for white flight to begin in a formerly white neighborhood is much less than 50%-something more like 15%(I’d have to look that up to get the exact number, but it’s quite low). That’s all it takes for crime rates to rise disproportionately and school standards to drop.
From the silent movie “Birth of a Nation,” the KKK and its legacy has been misrepresented, not in the sense of the bigotry and racism it professes, but in its adherents’ allegiance.
Republicans, don’t subscribe to Klan theology. It was Democrats, who largely maintained southern power during the Klan’s heyday. What is left are racist cretins who don’t have a clue of who and what to be against that has caused all the reasons of which they are complaining.
I can only leave everyone here with this simple undeniable FACT.
Strom Thurmond has been widely denounced as being the most horrible racist, yet it has been proven he did father a child with a black house worker in his early years.
On the flip side of the coin, the Democrats most honoured bastion of the Constitution, US Senate rules of propriety and all that was a damned KKK Grand Kleagel, or whatever the the hell they’re called -— Senator Robert “Sheets” Byrd.
One is spoken of as a racist goddam biggot, and the other is excused (by Clinton) as “he had to do that to get elected in racist Virginia” [delivered with that devilish grin and a wink]...
Liberals, Democrats and the racist phobia have no genetic memory - only that which fits their current duplicitous ideology.
Your 40 year number has been stretched to 200 years with Obama in the Oval office.
He has done more kinds of damage than a whole army of authors can write about for the next 150 years.
If race relations are worse, you can blame Hussein 0bama.
Here are the poll questions targeting the white, middle-aged and married/divorced.
Ok I’ll admit a little prejudice against ANY race that plays a “knockout game” with me and anyone that looks like me. Now let the AP fill in the blanks on just WHO that may be.
That’s a good point. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a poll expressing alarm and hand-wringing because blacks don’t like whites. Unless it’s something like, “Black victims are justifiably leery of evil, racist whites.”
The basic premise of “freedom” tells me that I am as free to have my own preferences, judgements, opinions, predjudice, and discrimination as any black person.
I don’t have to like them, feed them, or even associate with them if that is my choice.
The whole “racist” meme is about power and control, using white “guilt” as leverage to make childish demands.
Obama has unveiled the layer of black-against-white hatred in this country like no one else ever has before. His own hatred against the white world around him has influenced many around him to act like throwbacks to the civil rights era, except, they are hatefully fighting for “freedoms” they already have.
It’s hard to believe that so many whites, and those in power, are still falling for this 200 year old slavery ploy. No blacks today were slaves, and very few even remember knowing any. But using their ancestors to claim entitlement to anything is like the innocent great-grand son of Bonnie and Clyde being arrested for bank robbery.
Any white people who suffer from “white guilt” are actually suffering from “white stupidity”. It’s time we stopped parting the way for them to destroy our lives based on their brainwashing by far left liberals and communists. They are letting themselves be useful idiots to divide America.
What they don’t seem to realize is, if the country and the constitution fall, their “civil rights. And the “abolition of slavery” goes with it, and well be right back on the plantation.
We have to stand firm and let those catcalls of racism fall on deaf ears, and refuse their unwarranted demands just because we fear being labeled.
My head is spinning -
The Obama Media Group says we won’t vote for Obama because he’s black and we’re racists.
Michelle Obama says we’re just too stupid to understand Barack’s magnificence and the great sacrifices he makes for us.
Barack himself says we are just stuck in a time warp, bitterly clinging to bibles, guns and an out of date constitution that just tells him what he can’t do.
Then he shoots us the bird.
And here I thought I opposed him because he is an incompetent, lying, thieving, Islamo-Commie-Fascist.
Would this article exist if Obama was winning?
It’s a mercy they weren’t patrolling polling places dressed in faux military costumes and carrying billy clubs, in order to intimidate voters, isn’t it? Or gettng in front of media cameras, and with complete impunity, calling for the lynching of an innocent man (at least, presumably innocent until proven guilty of defending himself while white).
