Cripes, I use a computer at work that will download large, complex documents (my homemade ‘puter setup at home is about twice as fast), but just trying to log on and lurk just took me TEN **** MINUTES, which I’ve seldom seen even with Gummint stuff. (Those people can’t say “No” in less than two or three hundred pages, and that doesn’t include the citations/specifications.)
