I was on a conference call yesterday regarding intelligence gathered from a highly placed source that liberal Obama surrogates are planning to target Evangelical mega-church parking lots with bigoted anti-Mormon flyers the final weekend before the election in key battleground states like Ohio, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Mega-church pastors are being notified to have parking lot attendants be on the lookout for such a lit drop. But please forward this post to all pastors of both Protestant and Catholic churches, particularly in battleground states. It may surprise you to learn that most of anti-Mormonism is on the LEFT, not the Right. Yet Obama voters will vote for a former Muslim who worshipped in a church presided by a racist who is a friend of Louis Farrakhan. Interesting.

That would be a huge mistake on their part. I dont know about your church but churches around here politicking is taboo as it divides. Outsiders doing that will be 1000 times worse.
The same thing could be said about anti-Semites, anti-Catholics, anti-Evangelicals, anti-anything which doesn't have a negative impact on society.

Pssst, progressives - conservative Christians have a much higher opinion of Mormons than they do of lefty socialist Obama supporters. This will be very counterproductive.
If someone tried that with me I’d just tell them that I was baptized Greek Orthodox. I doubt they would know how to process that.
It’s not surprising the Left hates Mormons. Mormons are more likely to be social conservatives than the average population, and more likely to be fiscal conservatives.
If some of the deranged lunatic left are willing to post death threats against Mitt, then that means they are getting desperate and we all know that if cornered, a "RAT" will attack.

It’s even bigger than that; the left’s whole tactic has been divide and conquer from the start. However, at least here on the right, we unite around someone who proves how capable he is. I wasn’t always a Romney fan, and could care less about ever joining his religion, but in the mean time, the guy shows more class, and more maturity than Obama ever has, not to mention, he actually shows some points to people whereas Obama is obssessed with trying to go after him. I honestly feel that even if leftists pulled this off, it wouldn’t do much to change the election, anyways.
They can post all the anti-mormon/mormonism refuse that has appeared on FreeRepublic and be very happy about it.
