You’ll know immediately how well things are going if they hesitate to call NH. They will probably have to call VA, but if NH goes then Romney almost certainly will win. Then it’s PA-—and if PA goes Romney, you’re looking at 320-330 EVs.
It’s good news but it’s the state polls that count more. Don’t lose focus. Keep praying.
Why can polls be scewed to the Democrats? What if people being polled have a Democrat spouse or other house member within hearing range during the poll? That might have a chilling effect on the person being polled. ——————————————————————————————
As far as all of this attention being paid to the swing states, what if some of the states that are believed to be going to Obama end up going to Romney? Couldn’t that throw the Electoral College into the Romney side even if he doesn’t win in all of the swing states. I think this election is going to be a blowout for Romney.
...and Gallup released a poll just yesterday that has Romney up 5 in the swing states.

Happy now?
[ Where are all the idiot concern trolls now? ]
They seem to have crawled back under their rock for now!
Which validates the title of ‘TROLL’.
Tomorrow it will be, yeah but everybody loves the underdog. Obama, blacks, democrats, . . . . . . . ..
Sweet!!
Get used to saying President Elect Mitt Romney.
Not until Nov. 7th or, if disputed, not until the Electoral College vote is final. Don't spike the football until the referee raises his hands.
National polls are fine and dandy for discussion, but swing state polls are the ones to watch................
What is this, a D+ 7 demographic? I still say this result is bull crap.
Obama’s unpopularity is so vastly underreported it isn’t funny. What did Gallup have to do to get Obama under by only 4?
Lots of water cooler and dinner table conversations have been going on since the debate, I see. And doesn’t look like The Great Destroyer is coming off too well, eithr. It really makes me wonder how much impact truly informed folks like ourselves are having on these conversations.
Now we are seeing the actual numbers starting to come in.
You see, they have to do this so they dont look bad after the election is over.
From now till election night, numbers will show more to the reality in major polls.
Romney has a good debate tonight and it is all over. The last debate wont mean a thing.
I’m finding the IBD/TIPP tracking poll worrisome. Today they show comrade Zero up a point and a half (They are using a Rat+7 sample)
“BREAKING NEWS: Honey Boo Boo backs Obama”
Wow! That should help Romney immensely. I watched one episode of this show as an educational endeavor to keep my cultural currency current. It was like watching a slow motion white trash train wreck. I’m pretty sure that EVERYONE who watches this show does so because they want to observe a family who is more dysfunctional than themselves in every possible way. Pretty much the take away lesson of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” is whatever they do in their lives, do the OPPOSITE thing in your own life. We’re damn lucky Honey Boo Boo endorsed Zero and not Romney.
