Are you ready for a VP “rumble?”
Because I’m a chronic pessimist, I’ll predict that tonight’s debate will be a middling performance that won’t end up changing much. If Barack Obama can’t get his campaign back on track, then Joe Biden isn’t going to help him. I’m not certain that Paul Ryan has what it takes to deliver a truly outstanding performance a la Romney.
I hope I’m pleasantly surprised. I know that I won’t be disappointed.
There’s no booze in the house so I’m gonna have to watch this thing stone cold sober.
