The decision to raid Osama bin Ladens compound in Pakistan and kill him was made without President Obama and actually was kept from him until after the helicopters already were in Pakistani airspace according to a new report from a retired major general who cites a senior intelligence source.

A lot of us having been saying this all along. Obama had nothing to do with the killing of Bin Laden.

There are too precious few flag officers like Vallely and Boykin still on active duty :-(
They are both American heros.

I cannot think up the words to describe my disgust for this lying SOB. To think he’s claimed credit for it and even had a movie made about his gutsy call! I am ashamed that our country elected him.

Great to see this with names named. That picture told it all, when we first heard about it, and we have heard the background before. Nice to see it in full print — especially this week when one more negative can be added to a terrible week for O.

Last paragraph of the article:
"That blog said, He can say he did and the people who really know what happened are inside the Pentagon, are in the military and the military isnt allowed to speak out against the commander-in-chief so his secret is safe."
For awhile. If the story is true it cannot be hidden for long. People retire. People talk.

I would loan you some of mine, but I'm needing them right now myself and learning new ones by the minute.
I never even hated Carter or Bill Clinton as much as this ASS, now Hillary is another story.

I think senior U.S. officials knew Osama was in Abbottabad shortly after he arrived there in 2006. He lived in the compound as an involuntary “guest” of the Pakistani intelligence service through arrangements with and funding from Saudi Arabia. Secret negotiations were going between the Bush Administration, the Saudis and the Paks when Obama took office. Bush ruled out a unilateral move on Bin Laden because the uproar could undermine the Pakistani government allowing the Islamist faction to take control. This would have increased the danger to U.S. troops in Afghanistan and possibly closed the logistics land route between Pakistan's Port of Karachi and U.S. bases.
During the 2007-2008 campaign season Obama proclaimed repeatedly that he would not hesitate to mount an armed incursion into Pakistan to get Bin Laden. It's possible a politically sympathetic official of the National Security Council passed top secret intelligence to Obama.

Given WND’s recent sensationalist failures, I’d take this one with a large grain of salt, until you could find some respectable independent confirmation.

Still, I am bothered by the fact that underlings like Panetta and Clinton pulled a temporary
coup-d'etat and O-golfer was cool with it.
We have NO leadership.
