Original title: Suffolk pollster: We’re not polling Florida, Virginia, or North Carolina anymore, because Romney’s going to win them
------------------------
Via Gateway Pundit, I’ll give you the RCP averages tonight and leave you to judge. They’ve got Romney by three points in NC (although the latest poll has him up nine), Romney by less than a point in FL, and Obama by less than half a point in VA.

See Guy Benson for more good news in various state polls. Ohio and Pennsylvania are getting tighter.

Isn’t it a little premature to call Florida for any9ne?

I think this is Phy Ops on the Left. They live and die by polls. Having this story out there is going to drive more then a few Leftists into hysteria.

I don’t think I’d call Florida till all the voting precincts have closed in the pan handle.

Good! I’m getting pretty tired of all the calls here in northern VA.

With Biden and Ryan up next I won’t be surprised if Romney is up 10 points by the weekend.

Obama barely won Florida vs MCLAME with a tidal wave of factors behind him. What possible scenario will make him win it this time with every advantage gone?

I listened to the guy saying this. I didn’t buy it. He said, iirc, something about Obama being below 50% being why they can say that Romney will win Fla, Va, and NC.

Romney is pulling away in NC, so I’ll give them that one. Fla and VA remain too close, though.

Seems to me that a smart candidate would take this suffolk prediction with a grain of salt.

These three states have been gone for sometime. Anyone who knows much about southern politics knows that these states would be the first to bail on a socialist.

Obama lost them for sure when he came out for gay marriage in hopes of firing up his left wing base, also known as the New York Times and Washington Post.

Yeah, ignore it like all University and media polling. It is just fun to mess with the Leftists. After a month of “It is all over Obama has won” polling, it fun to put the shoe on the other foot and kick the Left with it.

I read something today that says Ryan hasn’t debated anyone since High School.

I saw a video interview with Paul Ryan about 2 weeks ago. He said, in the House of Representatives, they debate a lot, even much more than in the Senate.

I also read an article which mentions he’s been practicing for the debate a lot, in seclusion in Virginia. When he was a young aide to Jack Kemp, he saw a debate where Kemp didn’t practice and blew the debate (like Obama did), and that made an impression on Paul Ryan on how to prepare for a debate.

He didn’t debate anyone to get into congress?

Ah, It’s like riding a bike, if he’s had good training.

And he knows his material, which is a huge percentage of the advantage.

Biden?

Half Ryan’s brain tied behind his back, to paraphrase Rush.

See, there's this guy named Chad, who likes to hang around after the ballots are counted...

Cheers!

The problem with Biden is he’s tough to prepare for. He doesn’t just lie, he manufactures the most jaw-dropping, outrageous “facts” you’ve ever heard out of thin air, then pounds the podium and repeats them as if they’re etched-in-stone common knowledge to everyone but you. It’s the one actual talent the man possesses that doesn’t involve large quantities of alcohol.

Make him stand on his head and juggle at the same time and Crazy Joe might have a slight chance.
