So, my boyfriend Justins been avoiding a mysterious caller coming from the number (720) 582-8383 for the last week and this morning I told him to just take the call because it was most likely a political survey and Id answer it for him. It was a research company in Denver, Colorado hired by Rahm Emanuel to poll Chicagoans about what they think of him. I had an awful lot of fun taking this survey and telling the pollster how bad a job Rahm is doing and was interested in the amount of emphasis that was given to Rahms dealings with the police and the scary rise in crime and murder thats been happening in Chicago for the last couple of years.
If you dont answer pollsters when they call you, I wish youd reconsider that because its actually a lot of fun. About midway through the survey, though, I have to admit my eyes did start to glaze over because the guy who called me was not very good at his job and went through it all in a monotone that made me itching to hang up. I bet a lot of people do indeed hang up or get bored as the questions just keep coming. The whole call took about 12 minutes or so to finish. Justin, of course, didnt want to talk to the man on the phone but was fascinated by my talking to him and camped down on the floor by my desk while I went through the survey.
First the pollster asked to speak to Justin and I said that was me (since Justin didnt want to talk to anyone) and he then asked if I still lived in Chicago, which I did.

Chicago is gonna pop when Obama loses!
Good..I want to watch liberal cities burn to the ground by their own feral rats.
I agree, and I live in one(Los Angeles) trust me, if this city burned to the ground it would be an improvement over what it looks like right now.
I fervently hope that everything you own burns to ashes, since you have just wished that on me.
NYC, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, South LA, Atlanta, NO, Cleveland... it’s a lengthy list.

Little long but u know what? That guy is vicious and funny as hell...!
Like a dude Ann Coulter. I hope Our Side gives him a chance —he ffeds a mean belt of ammo...!
This is very strange. I think one of the things that Rahm Emanuel may be afraid of is Obama. Emanuel fled the Bambi administration, and several other hard leftists have also departed, possibly because they didn’t feel that Obama was coming through very successfully, but also possibly because they realized they were part of a cult of personality that was going to turn on them at some point.
I think that Obama has decided that his real identity is found in a true fantasy, the black American Third World gay/bi redeemer. He comes out of the 1960s white male liberal fantasy world, where the coolest thing you could be was a black male Marxist, bi or even gay, with sort of Muslim and sort of African connections. He was too young to be part of it, but he was brought up in that ethos by his leftist grandparents and their circle, and then when he went to New York he was taken up by Arabs and also by Bill Ayers and others in that Black Panther-worshipping, vicarious-violence addicted group, all of whom were about 15 years older than he. So if Obama seems to be caught in a time-warp, he is.
Just let the dems spontaneously combust, and all will be perfectly fine.
That sort of thing may singe the nearest furniture, but generally stuff will be intact.
Is it possible to be a queer and also be Conservative?
IMHO, sodomy is not a Conservative act.
James Taranto on WSJ, BEST of the WEB, had a section about Obama’s problem judging or relating to men. He compared Obama’s remarks about Mitt Romney at the debate to the remarks that he made when he disowned Rev. Wright. He said that all the top advisors and most influential people in his life have been women, starting with his mother, his wife, Valerie Jarrett and Hillary Clinton. I thought that the fact that Hillary made the list was interesting.
If Rahm is a Bill Clinton loyalist, his life isn’t worth a three-dollar bill.
Obama has broken free of the Clinton’s controls, and he means them nothing good.
This sounds like a great opportunity to bug the heck out of him. For example, after saying what a great guy he is, complain at length about his “lieutenants” that are planning to depose him, that they are just pretending loyalty while fabricating evidence so he will share a cell with Blago.
If Obama loses, Chicago will be ground zero of the civil war for control of the Democrat Party. I’d put my money on the Clintons.
Amazing, isn't it, how callous folks can be.
It is a regular thing in this forum for people wishing California would drop into the ocean or be totally destroyed by earthquakes.
No more "FReeping" then.
Well, the only wierd thing is that Bambi kept referring to Bill Clinton during his horrible debate as though Bill were some kind of talisman that was going to get him through this. I thought that was quite strange.
It is possible to be a homosexual and also in favor of the rule of law, keeping government in the bounds of the Constitution, shrinking our bloated government, and reducing its current unconstitutional level of power.
Which would make the person conservative enough to satisfy me.
