The liberal freak out over Barack Obama's poor debate performance continued on Thursday morning. Left-wing comic Jon Stewart appeared on Good Morning America to lament the President's "very difficult night" and jokingly warn, "I'm concerned that he may not reelect us. He may walk away."
The comic even admitted Obama might not be as smart as he first imagined. Stewart mocked, "You know, I used to think the pauses, he was just trying to think of smaller words for the little brains to figure out what he was saying. This time, I really think the pauses were just, 'I like food.'...'My children are nice.'" [See video below. MP3 audio here.]
Ouch!!! Barry’s better put some ice on that!! HA!!!!!
No, he isn’t htat smart and by all credible accounts, Romney ran circles around Obozo. Obozo is the post turtle president.
Smart or not Obama has a difficult sell in the debates:
-His task is to defend socialist and divisive policies without appearing either socialist or divisive.
-His task is to defend failing policies that have poor results, without a doubt. When Obama says Trust me - more of the same will yield good results, not the bad results we have achieved so far. That dog wont hunt.
No matter how smart he is, these points are indefensible.
On Good Morning America???
You can’t say such things about Obama on the morning shows. He won’t be invited back!
Mr. Obamas bad showing in this debate did not surprise me a bit, and it has nothing to do with any strategy or the altitude in Denver.
Mr. Obama has never worked hard to achieve or obtain anything in his entire life. In the hard-left circles he has always carefully chosen to inhabit, everything has been handed to him by mindless liberals who swooned at the articulate African-American.
Once elected president, he was acutely aware that any and all of his tens of thousands of bald faced lies would be covered up and even praised by our utterly corrupt, simple-minded, pathologically dishonest media.
His self-absorption and vast ego fed on their zealous and continuous worship. And knowing the media would actively cover up any crime he commits, short of murdering somebody on live national television, he got lazy.
He is really, really not accustomed to anybody challenging him. He expects only continuous, mindless praise. He expects everyone to lie, cheat and sacrifice themselves for him. And he will do what he has done his entire life, which is to exert virtually no effort himself.
Obama’s chickens are coming home to roost..... finally.
Wow! Boy wouldn’t it be wonderful if the liberal comics started defecting in droves? Dennis Miller did it. I hope a lot of these guys start to wake up and smell the coffee. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the idea that liberalism is the new mainstream. And so, to be edgy - like so many young people want to be - to be different from your teachers, your parents, and the mainstream media, you either need to be a complete Occupy Wall Street wacko or you need to show some common sense and take on a more conservative outlook.
College kids think bamy won!
( * Jon Stewart Mocks Obama’s ‘Very Difficult Night,’ Wonders If the President Isn’t That Smart * ) ...... the only thing the MSM and the DNC can do now to prove he is remotely smart is to ask him to release his college transcripts...
Did anyone catch John Sununu on Fox this morning? He said the Obama we saw last night IS the Obama that has been in the White House these past four years. when John Scott asked if John believed he’d be better next time, Sununu said that he’s just not a bright man. Finally, people feel free to speak the truth.
Obama is dumber than donuts.
No, this was no surprise. You could wake me up from a dead sleep, spin me around 100x and pour a quart of vodka down my throat and I could beat The Disaster in a debate.
It is only going to get worse in the other debates. Romney/Ryan has to be careful not to trounce the Idiots too badly or else the women will start to feel sorry for them.
Bump!
“Wonders If the President Isn’t That Smart”
Welcome to the party pal, better late than never i guess.
The really sad thing is there are so many smart, accomplished blacks that could have served as a positive role model President, but the fraudster beat them to it. I hope Alan West or someone like him can come along and give them (minorities) someone good to look up to.
“Obozo is the post turtle president.”
BoT, you posted the most correct and concise observation of Obama I’ve ever seen.
Thanks
Well said. Even in his his previous runs for senator, etc, he never really faced a challenge, because he and his supporters always used dirty tricks to take out the opposition before it got to that point. They knew he couldn’t face a challenge on equal ground, so they got rid of it first.
His years in the White House have made him complacent, he’s lived in a bubble of yes-men and sycophants.
McCain was no challenge because he was neutralised with the race card, and he folded. But that’s been so overplayed and worn-out, and Hussein has showed his own true racist face so clearly, that it’s not effective now.
So Romney, a truly smart man no matter if you agree or disagree with his stances, is the first real challenge Hussein has ever faced, and it showed in his sweating under the pressure.
As I read the articles and the attitudes of the pundits on the left, it has finally sunk in to me: History was made last night. Romney hasn’t walked away with a famous “Reaganesque” one-liner - yet - but he may have done something better. Something deeper. And something that ran throughout the entire course of the debate. He showed the world who he is and, more importantly, who obama is NOT. Once the meme that Obama is an empty suit catches on, many eyes will be opened. The events, decisions and actions of the last 3+ years will all make sense.
And obama will be defeated in a landslide.
