He’s paranoid that the dogs won’t respect the boundaries and the neighbors will get mad. But unlike bear hunting, the chase only lasts a few seconds. Not sure I understand it myself.

A coroner is a political official and does not even have to be a doctor; if he is not a pathologist, he will need one to perform the autopsy.

Not a good practice to feed dead chickens to the hogs. We had one that got tired of waiting and would stalk kill and eat chickens that wandered into the hog yard. That one went up the chute before attaining full market weight.

On the other hand, there are some pagan cults up in Oregon along the lines of the Wicker Man. If they were contriving a method to dispose of a victim, such a story could fit their agendas. Makes you wonder sometimes.

RIP. Too bad. So sorry.
Dude, but think of how scrumptious the pork chops will be!

Im on a hunting trip right now for wild hogs. Heard some this morning but they didnt come within visual range. Property owner wont let me use dogs anymore. Back in my younger days I hiked up in the mountains where due to national park protection status hogs had been allowed to get established. I was always watching and listening. A few times was unnerving. I could see the fresh rooting and hear them just a ways out of sight. I kept my eyes focused on spotting the next climbable tree LOL. And of course NP's don't allow firearms.

I read an interview of my Dads cousin about his service in WWII. The cousin wondered why nobody wanted their c-rations with pork in them. Until he saw a corpse being devoured by a hog for the first time. He quit too.Perhaps this is why pork is "trayf"?

They ate everything but the hiss!

When I was young I learned that when you carry buckets of food for the pigs, you keep your thumbs tucked in under your fingers. You won't go three steps into a group of pigs without seeing exactly why. In the meantime,
Beware of any man who keeps a pig farm.

It would have made a great metaphor though.

Hey, maybe this was a camouflaged vampire feeding frenzy, like in the “Twilight” movies.
The vampires got a square meal, and the porkers are taking the rap.

And of course NP's don't allow firearms. They do now, in most states. If the state allows it, the park has to allow it.
