George Romney came back from Vietnam and said that the US military had "brainwashed" him about the true situation. Of course what he meant was they bullshitted and dog/pony'd too much. But the media went ballistic on that one and created a narrative of Papa Romney being somehow mentally unstable. His positives dropped like an Acme anvil in the desert while his negatives rose like a hot air balloon over Albuquerque. Looks like this will be the narrative for Mitt Romney. RINO, I know, I know (just like his Dad), but we have so few cards in our poker game here. We first stop Obama, and then we get this guy in line or if not possible, engineering an internal butt whooping to get him with the conservative program.
