Fifty seven previously unidentified firearms linked to Operation Fast and Furious were recovered in sites associated with murders, kidnappings, and at least two gruesome massacres.
Univision News obtained the list of Fast and Furious weapons and a list containing almost 60,000 recovered firearms compiled by Mexico's Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA). A cross-reference of the serial numbers of the guns resulted in 96 full matches (several partial matches were discarded). The 96 firearms linked to Operation Fast and Furious all turned up at crime scenes in Mexico from 2009 to 2010.
In a report published on July 26, Congress mentioned there were "at least 48 recoveries involving 122 weapons [in Mexico] connected to Operation Fast and Furious." To check whether those were the same guns pinpointed by the data cross-reference, Univision News contacted congressional investigators asking for the serial numbers of the 122 guns in Congress' report. After an initial request by Univision News in mid-September and despite numerous phone calls and emails, there was no further response.
Univision News then gathered all the serial numbers available in the evidence appendixes of the major congressional investigation released by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Iowa Senator Charles Grassley last July.

I said, “but not outraged enough to issue UN and National diplomatic protests and legal and gringo race bait threats like they do when an illegal is shot by a border patrol agent or when Arizona decides to stop the invasion.”
You said “um,....”
Give me links to the President of Mexico denouncing Obama and Holder and demanding their scalps...or even demanding Holder and Obama to cooperate with Republicans in the investigation. How about him thanking Republicans for exposing the murders...? Anything that is beyond Mexican political wing flappping? Thanks a lot.
I went back to the video to get a time frame for you but the video is currently unavailable. Funny that, huh?
Back to the game.
A lot of very strange series of coincidences at play it seems
The US government playing one Mexican drug war group against the other and sacrificing a lot of human life along the way. Those drug gangs reach into our country and the US government’s drug deals reach here, too. They will do or are doing the same to us as they are doing in Mexico.
Americans are dying for their choice to support a side in the drug war - like Agent Terry and a lot of unnamed nobodies. They are permitting drugs by their pals to cross the border and to be dealt here. They don’t want Americans adding up what they are doing with this. They are treating us like they treat any foreign third world country (i.e. Columbia) where they are empowering and manipulating serious war groups to get control.
This is the extent of the dirty “law enforcement” operation Holder and Obama are hiding from the public.
If 0bama told Calderon what was going on Calderon kept it to himself.
Mexico has a serious case of corrupt thug government; we are catching up fast. You know about the corrupt police and military are involved in the illegal human trafficking, murder and drug trade, right? No political group or individual in power stands separate from the corruption that is Mexico’s power structure and culture.
Obama Orders Launched Fast and Furious posted on Jul 8, 2011
Got that from my bookmarks. If you liked that here's one of Eric Holder's 2nd in command talking about the same thing.
Holder aide discussing 'Gunrunner' in March, 2009 : Eric Holder lied to Congress
Here is a thread from July 2011 talking about it.
AG Holder discussed "Project Gun Runner" in April 2009 in Mexico. BUSTED!
Here's a WH press room meeting with Napolitano, the Assistant AG and Deputy Sec. State Jim Steinberg talking about the same thing on Mar. 24 2009.
Obama knew about Gun Walking in March, 2009.mp4
I'm pretty familiar with the timelines. My bookmarks on this subject take literally more than two minutes to auto-scroll through from top to bottom.
And your point is?
I’m not “super smart.” I live in Texas and was not born yesterday.
Thanks, but I’m pretty familiar with the discussions that took place here.
And that video is no longer blocked. If you go to the 3:28 mark you’ll hear Calderon saying Obama made recent decisions in the last few weeks that includes reviews of the outgoing flows of entry. Sorry, that’s not verbatim but you can hear his exact words at that you tube link.
Then at 4:30 Calderon starts talking about tracking the weapons into Mexico. The idea sounds quite novel and there is that degree of coincidence one must take into account. If you believe in coincidence at that level of governance.
BTW. Calderon ends with the stated hope that these weapons are not used against US officials.Veiled threat or another coincidence?
I think I’ll stick to my belief that high ranking Mexican officials knew all about Fast and Furious, thank you.
It’s not just Mexicans that have suffered because of Obama’s arming of drug cartels and his lawlessness. Obama’s been happy to stiff them all.
Nice deflection.
And I thought you said there was no mention of the strategies used.
None of the things that make F&F wrong and lethal were mentioned. No operational names were mentioned either so no proof of anything directly tying 0bama, Holder or Napolitano there.
I think you lost track of the argument.
Your original message stated: Sara: That would make sense - if Mexico had been told of Fast and Furious. The problem with that idea is that Mexico was not told and therefore could not consent (or, for that matter, track the weapons).
I provided a link to Calderone saying enough on April 16, 2009 to prove he, the head of the Mexican government, knew about Obama’s intention to track weapons just about the time the murders in Mexico took off to new levels.
You’re saying that because the president of Mexico didn’t mention straw buyers in a public address, all that he did say, and he did mention tracking weapons, failed to make you suspect that he, therefore Mexico, didn’t have the teensiest idea of the Fast and Furious plan?
Are you saying Calderone was duped? If so, let us know how you reached that conclusion. Tomorrow.
I’m going to bed.
On the other hand maybe I am all wrong and you should get a hold of Issa ASAP and tell him you found the proof.
That was an unfortunate typo. lol
True.
How far they have fallen.
Your DOJ like insistence that Mexico was never informed of smugglers crossing the borders with guns is approaching a level of absurdity the democrats own.
Earlier you based your belief on sworn ATF testimony. You might want to keep in mind the ATF is downstream of Holder, who, correct me if I’m wrong, was censured by Congress for contempt based on his obstructive testimony.
Now I’m going to deflect to the definition of proof since you appear to think my earlier statement about the Calderone video is reason for ridicule.
Proof is anything that can be used to establish a fact. I believe what Calderone said in that video is proof of his knowlege that the WH/DOJ scheme was in place.
You, it appears, are confusing my use of the term proof with the legal definition of evidence.
It’s unlikely Senator Grassley nor Congressman Issa need my input.
Your assertion to SaraJohnson that Mexico was uninformed, however, required some discussion. Thanks for creating the opportunity to reinforce the idea of international collusion.
I’m off to work now so further replies, if needed, won’t happen until tomorrow
Silly me. LOL
Who said you were born yesterday?
