A Fort Bragg brigadier general has been charged with forcible sodomy and other offenses involving sex, pornography and alcohol, Army officials said this morning.
The Fayetteville Observer has been monitoring the case and learned of the charges this morning. Fort Bragg officials will hold a press conference this afternoon.
"Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair has been charged with multiple violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice," said Col. Kevin V. Arata, the 18th Airborne Corps public affairs officer.
Charges include attempted violation of an order, violations of regulations by wrongfully engaging in inappropriate relationships and misusing a government travel charge card.
Sinclair was sent back to Fort Bragg from Afghanistan several months ago while serving as deputy commander of the 82nd Airborne Division headquarters.

Under the UCMJ sodomy is all oral and anal sex, regardless of whether it it same sex or opposite sex.
Thus, under the UCMJ it is illegal for any man in the military to receive oral sex from his wife.
We have no idea of the sex of the person Sinclair forced sodomy on.
Guess he was really trying to get involved with the host culture.

First, I’m embarrassed that I wrote “your” rather than “you’re.” Sorry.
I’m pretty sure this is a gay thing. One look at the photo tells it all. And if he was dealing with a woman, I think it might have read “rape” not “sodomy.” But I’ve been wrong before!
I don’t know, but I figure that one photo can’t be the only photo taken. Big Media loves gays and chose THAT one — why?

They way the US Armed Forces are going, I suspect a lot of regular GI’s will be asking themselves this question with increasing frequency

LOL! So you can be openly gay, but you cannot commit sodomy? I guess you have to repeal DADT to see what’s in it, or maybe that’s just a bump in the road. The devil may be running this world, but he sure has some dumb schmucks working for him.
