My hat's off to Mr. Avery and every other small businessman in our great Nation! They are a bulwark against tyranny in a different way than our military, but no less important!

So many of them are also Vets. Fred Smith, the Founder and CEO of Fedex, served as Company Commander of my old outfit, Lima 3/5 Marines in Vietnam before my time there.

I dare that poseur presently situated in the WH to tell Fred "He didn't build that!"

How’s the rain situation in your area?

Ours won’t go away...and combined with high winds, it is making quite the mess all over town. Lots of trees down everywhere, including our front yard....thankfully taken down by the neighbor before it fell on his driveway and garage. Another high wind warning is in the offing. *sigh*
