In his speech to the United Nations General Assembly today the President of the United States declared that the future does not belong to practicing Christians. Already, the media and the left are in full denial, probably based on their general lack of understanding of theology. This would have been a gaffe had Mitt Romney said it. But with Barack Obama, he’s just speaking bold truths. His bold truth declares that the future does not belong to practicing Christians.
Pay careful attention to what he says:
"The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. Yet to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see when the image of Jesus Christ is desecrated, churches are destroyed, or the Holocaust is denied. Let us condemn incitement against Sufi Muslims, and Shiite pilgrims. It is time to heed the words of Gandhi: “Intolerance is itself a form of violence and an obstacle to the growth of a true democratic spirit.” Together, we must work towards a world where we are strengthened by our differences, and not defined by them. That is what America embodies, and that is the vision we will support."
Now, that’s the full paragraph so no one can claim I took him out of context.
But consider this.
It is an orthodox Christian belief that Mohammed is not a prophet. Actual Christians, as opposed to many of the supposed Christians put up by the mainstream media, believe that Christ is the only way to salvation. Believing that is slandering Mohammed. That’s just a fact. If you don’t believe me, you go into the MIddle East and proclaim Christ is the way, the truth, and the life and see what happens to your life.

The muslim time bomb is being planted everywhere in Canada and the US, as it has already been in Europe. In every town and small city in North America, muslims are increasing in their proportion of the population and the severity of their religious views. We know longer see the westernized muslims who fled here from Egypt in the 1950s and from Iran in the 1980s. The burkha and hijab can be seen on streets today where none were visible even 10 years ago. When the suicide bombs start going off in this continent it will not be done by terrorists jumping the borders to attack, but by our neighbours. Neighbours allowed into this country by naive and/or traitorous politicians.
Note to self: need to stock up on bacon, ham, pork chops, etc. before some moron decides it’s unclean and bars me from buying it.

Yes, we did bother to look up the text.
Coptic Christians in Egypt are being attacked and killed, so Obama is equating “those who slander the prophet” (which means anyone who states that they don’t believe mohammed is a prophet) with those who physically attack Christians and “bully girls” by preventing them from going to school(again by violence and threats of violence). So speaking out against Islam equates with violence??
Also, “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. Yet to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see when the image of Jesus Christ is desecrated, churches are destroyed, or the Holocaust is denied.”
The first sentence is clear as a bell (and taken verbatum means he believes the future doesn’t belong to non-muslims), but the second one is awkward and unclear. Why did he not say “The future must also not belong to those who desecrate the image of Jesus Christ....”? He switches to unclear passive voice - is he condemning the hate of the people by whom the Holocaust is denied, or the “hateful reaction” of those who object to that denial?
Why is his condemnation of those who “slander the prophet” unquestionable, while his supposed attack on those who desecrate other religions is so vague??
This man says what he means, even when he doesn’t intend to...from “My muslim faith” to “punished with a baby” he is clear on his beliefs, but his apologists continually try to explain why he didn’t really mean what he said. He is only unclear when he is trying not to say what he has to say to keep up the charade that he is christian/moderate/capitalist/american.

WRONG!
Obama has plans, and uses thus uses the word “must.”
Erickson speculates that the future will be the same as the present and thus replaces “must” with “does not.”
Hence, Erickson will be surprised when Obama puts his plans into effect.

Next time inform such people that the Saudi and other Islamist nations are still allowed to have slaves in their embassies in the US RIGHT NOW!! It will blow their minds but it is all true. I remember about 10 years ago a black African slave escaped from one of the Muslim countries embassies in DC and we could do nothing but return her.

My late beloved boyfriend or SO of many years, was a very faithful and sincere Christian. He went home to God two weeks ago yesterday. I still miss him very much. The one confort I will take is that he is praying and worshiping with all the saints in heaven, as well enjoying his rest with the Lord Jesus. Plus also praying in intercession for I, his dear ones, and for this country because the USA NEEDS a LOT of prayer BIGTIME.
Which could produce a violent second American civil war or revolution as an “angry backlash”.
Yet the global south is where the Christian faith is growing as the fastest growing faith.
They won’t mind a bit. They’ll be set back one step, then their minds will go into spin mode and justify it somehow.
