It’s called CONGRESS. They are the oversight. Because 0bama is black and many of his minions are female and/or gay, Congress, ESPECIALLY REPUBLICANS fear reprimanding any of them because they know they’ll be demonized in the media for being ‘racist’, ‘homophobic’, etc..
No doubt Barry will do this. The regime will send out a statement at 1:00 AM on a Saturday to minimize the news cycle. The leftards will immediately line up and approve, forgetting their prior concerns of the Patriot Act, freedom of speach, etc.because.. it’s a dumocrat making the rule. The GOP will spend all of 5 minutes complaining, Boehner will cry, and someone will suggest sending a strongly worded letter. The MSM will talk about how this somehow protects our citizens diplomats abroad. The ACLU will similiarly endorse it and celebrate by filing suit against a Christian Church for not being inclusive of other gods...

All e-commerce (approx $250 billion in 2011)
Almost all retail transactions involving credit, debit, ebt cards at the none function registers.
All ATMs probably all banks
All market activity national with huge international impact.
Isolate all local LEO access to DBs
That the House and Senate are not having emergency sessions to smother this abomination in the cradle and call Obama out by passing Articles of Impeachment shows how low the admin and dem party have taken us.
No one man under any circumstances should be allowed such power in a free republic. And given the thieves, scoundrels, and degenerates governing us, I have deep reservations of entrusting to them.
Consider the usurper flicking off for 48 hrs just to display his power.
