Just after midnight, authorities descended on the Cerritos home of the man believed to be the filmmaker behind the anti-Muslim movie that has sparked protests and rioting in the Arab world.
Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies escorted a man believed to be Nakoula Basseley Nakoula to an awaiting car. The man declined to answer questions on his way out and wore a hat and a towel over his face. He kept his hands in the pocket of a winter coat.
Sheriff's officials could not be reached by The Times, but department spokesman Steve Whitmore told NBC4 that deputies assisting the federal probation department took Nakoula to the sheriff's substation in Cerritos for interviewing.
Authorities waited until most media had left for the day.
Earlier Friday, sheriff’s deputies had to escort attorneys through a scrum of news cameras into Nakoula’s home. This time, authorities only had to avoid a lone photographer for The Times and a few other lingering reporters.
Nakoula has told the Associated Press he was a logistics manager on the "Innocence of Muslims" movie, not the director. He told a Coptic bishop Thursday that he had no role in it, the clergyman told The Times.

I doubt he actually made the movie or if he did, it was under instructions from others. Who are they?
Nully - I don’t know if Whistling’s article is a good nutjob ping but I think it’s very interesting, something I’ve though all along - that the movie (if you can call it one) was made by Muzzies.

Have you read anything about connecting this (though Coptic Christian, thus far) to the American Christians? I see something foul about to come out of the White House for political reasons connecting this to the American Right, the Tea Party or somehow as they are capable of — to Romney. O and biden are laying low today plotting some kind of blame.
I think this entire fiasco was a false flag operation gone very, very wrong.

This is the single greatest display of Axelrod's control over MSM to date. It's astounding how far they've taken it. To the point of "arresting" a film maker. I should be more cynical, but I'm having a hard time understanding how the reporters so easily participate with this complete and utter farce. The depth of media corruption is still being plumbed as we speak.
Politically they are untouched, Romney somehow is the extremist, and Muslims can't be held responsible for their actions in the wake of a cartoonish movie.

Such a disgrace that is. Is America still a land or free and brave? I’ve seen this movie on youtube. It is really of little artistic value but making it into a kind of prohibited art simply smells like a USSR from the 1930s. Will Obama institute re-education camps for people who offends islam?
