And if you look EVEN closer, you can see that the actors’ mouths are saying something other than what the dub is saying.
For example, at 2:53, the voiceover says “His name is Muhammed. And we can call him The Father Unknown.” In this case, the whole line is dubbed, and it appears the actor is actually saying, “His name is George (?). And we can call him The Father Unknown.” ...once you start to look for these dubs, it’s hard to see anything else.

I am with you on this, the attack on our 2nd ammendment with F and F is failing and now Odinga and the Hilderbeast are proceeding to the 1st Amendment.
Tie these attacks on our embassy to 1st ammendment speech, locking down the internet and what they refer to right wing news outlets during the lame duck session.
Their back is to the wall on the election. Cause as much noise and confusion going into the lame duck session and all kinds of EOs/laws will be signed during the dark of night.
I don't know how anyone found this and turned it into a justification for what we are going through right now. It is in English (Dude sounds like he's from California)and shot entirely on green screen. Even the sand is fake.
It has to be a set up. I usually don't give conspiracy theories any attention but there is NO way this "movie" is responsible.

First I read that it was showed on Egyptian TV on 9/11, then elsewhere I read that it was shown on an Egyptian talk show either a month or a week before, depending on the reports. It had been floating around on the Internet for months before that. It’s hard to get the details straight.
In any case, it was clearly broadcast by the Egyptians themselves on their state-controlled television precisely to stir up trouble.
And somehow, nobody in the ME, no matter how poor, seems to have trouble getting a video-capable phone and some kind of internet connection.

Per capita income in Libya is 20 times your estimate at over $14k, and Egypt is approximately ten times your estimate, at $6k a year. Those who want to provoke a mob certainly have the resources to do so, and almost everyone knows someone with a smart phone or at least an Internet capable phone. Libya is the wealthiest African country - because of their high oil production relative to their population.
This was almost certainly staged, possibly all the way back to producing the film, but poverty is not part of the evidence.
This was a set up.

Ion Pacepa was the number two guy in Ceausescu’s Security apparatus. He devotes a lot of time to detailing how iron curtain countries were involved in activities all over the world. He has a lot of details on methods, false flag operations, etc. They were providing tech support to the PLO, and handing over confidential intelligence information that Jordan gave them, including details on the King’s protective detail during a period when the PLO was plotting to kill him. The PLO were, in turn, providing them with intelligence info on Israel. One of Ceausescu’s sources of revenue at the time was selling Israeli interests visas for Romanian Jews who wanted to leave.
What’s enlightening is all the plots and counterplots that the Romanians and Russians were involved in. They had their fingers in many pies. Red Horizons: Chronicles of a Communist Spy Chief is still available in paperback, Amazon has it at around seventeen bucks.
