Seriously? Why doesn't he just stand on the caskets?

“A Press Conference? Let me ask a really stupid question:
Did the reporters ask 6 consecutive hostile questions about the lack of security after warnings an attack was being planned? On 9-11?”
It wasn’t a press conference, you weren’t aware any press was there, no questions were asked. It was a military service for four returning heroes.
Yes, exactly.
Heck, he doesn’t even help out his brother who lives in a hut .. I would never even venture to suppose he’d lay down his life FOR ANYBODY.
“The English language doesnt contain enough adjectives to describe how appalling this is.”
Hitler-esque
Emotional manipulation for political gain.
>>One wonders if he’d ever lay down his life for his friends.
I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have any, so it’s not an issue.
I’m not just being snarky here. Name one person who has a history of friendship with Zippy. One childhood friend, one college buddy, one close friend from a neighborhood where he lived or from work, ...
The only people in his life are people he can use, and who hope to get favors from him - mutual exploitation.
Lies; they knew. German, Canadian and the British press don’t lie for 0 and his WH.
I am a conservative, not a RINO, and have been a Freeper since 2000. Ask Jim Robinson if I belong on DU.
This was a military solemn service to welcome our fallen heroes back. Our military was perfect in their reception of these men and the music was perfect by our military band. It was not a news conference and doesn't deserve the nasty attacks on this thread nor do I deserve the nasty comments of Freepers about me on this thread.
The families of the men were there and the President and Secretary of State were proper to be there and conducted themselves appropiately.
“I think it makes them look bad with the caskets in the background etc. Not a good photo op for BO and Hill.”
Standing smugly in front of their own handiwork.
LOL...LOL...LOL...
Sweety, you need to get a better news source. It has been all over the international news since yesterday just how many people tried to warn us about this and just how many daily briefings the idiot missed and how the State department ignored the warnings....because at this point you look like either a troll or an idiot.
My Lord, there are four black boxes in front of the hearses and the first thing I thought was, isn’t Mecca a black box? What direction was Mr. Omuslin facing while he gave the speech?
I had forgotten what a ghoulish spectacle that was. After that, who could be shocked at anything these creeps do?
Is it possible to send condolences to families of these fallen? I don't want to intrude but is there an agency who can route letters/cards to these families.
Maybe it will blunt what happened today...
And they criticized Romney for politicizing?
“...is there an agency who can route letters/cards to these families. Maybe it will blunt what happened today...”
If you get the information, ping me please.
Ditto!!
Marcella is definitely a conservative FReeper.
Steyn on Obamas Las Vegas performance: Every American should be ashamed of their president [AUDIO]
On Hugh Hewitts radio show Thursday night, National Review columnist Mark Steyn, author of After America: Get Ready for Armageddon, said President Barack Obama gave an embarrassing performance Wednesday during his campaign swing through Las Vegas, Nev., in the wake of attacks on U.S. diplomatic stations in Libya and Egypt.
I thought that thing last night with the president saying he had a tough day and comparing the dead Americans in Libya to campaign supporters, which he did I thought was one of the most disgraceful, inept and embarrassing performances by a head of state or government that I have ever seen, Steyn said. Every American should be ashamed of their president.
Steyn didnt fault the president for going to Sin City, acknowledging that sometimes plans are in place and things have to move along. But the tone of Obamas remarks set him off.
He didnt script his remarks, Steyn said. I mean, this is a man, for example, who doesnt have, I think, great empathetic qualities at the best of times. But to slough it off in that bloodless language you know, when he says, now I believe this is a direct quote, Obviously, our hearts are broken today. If you say obviously before it, your heart is not broken. He said, Oh, its a tough day. Its not a tough day [for him]. Its a tough day for the families of the four people who were killed.
Steyn told Hewitt, the author of The Brief Against Obama: The Rise, Fall & Epic Fail of the Hope & Change Presidency, that Obama should have prepared better for that situation, given all the tools at his disposal.
Why cant you youre spending $4 trillion a year, and youve got these 12-year-old speechwriters youre so proud of, and youre the king of the prompter, why couldnt you on Air Force One, youre the only head of state in any major country who has a plane to fly him around his own country, and a 40-car motorcade while you were on the stupid plane, why cant you actually take the trouble to learn some words that would mean something and are appropriate to the occasion?
He compared Obamas performance to those of former President Ronald Reagan and former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher after tragedies, reiterating his charge that Obamas remarks were something that should embarrass Americans of all political persuasions.
Thank you, TSgt, for the post.
I just caught a video that explains very well why Zero does all he does and all he has done, like the grandstanding over our fallen brothers today...

We have to get Zero out of office, even if it means voting for Romney. At this point, a vote for a third party true conservative candidate, or sitting at home on election day, is colluding with the enemy. Seriously.
Better a RINO in the White House than a non-American anti-American!
