US Muslims wary of possible retaliatory attacks

U.S. Muslims are seeing a spike in hate calls and are concerned about possible retaliatory attacks on domestic mosques following the fatal attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya and protests at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo.

“We’re starting to get hate calls and we’d already seen a wave of anti-Muslim incidents,” Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on Arab-Islamic Relations in Washington, D.C., told NBC News on Wednesday.

“Our first thought is condemning the attacks. Obviously this is something we’re concerned about,” he said. Muslims are feeling insecure, he added.

Maybe it is all those places that serve and sell pork, why would they do that if not to insult Muslims. Or perhaps he was forced to drive by a church or 2 that had a cross. The American people are so insensitive to the peace loving Muslims.

Hooper made several claims of attacks/harassment/hate crimes after 9-11. None of those claims panned out to be true.

Hooper will probably be making similar claims soon.

This truly is a case of projection. Back home people would be seeking revenge ~ so there would be incidents.
These people don't understand America. Part of the reason is they continue to adhere to primitive notions of interhuman relationships.

I'd like to be honest.

As an American, I have standards. I was raised right. Of course retaliation as muslims understand it is out of the question because I AM civilized.

However, my mind brings forth, unwillingly, a thousand ways to humiliate islamics. I can't be the only one.
