Obama's father was a British subject, and at birth he inherited British/Kenyan citizenship from him as well as US citizenship from his mother.
Suppose the UK or Kenya grants Obama diplomat status...

We couldn't impeach him as he would have diplomatic immunity! And effect treason charges? I'm pretty sure that can't happen. If he were to have diplomatic immunity, it means that he's a fraud and that large portions of the government are accessories to conspiracy, treason, sedition, attempting to overthrow government, etc.

We could get into the whole you can’t impeach one who does not hold the office legitimately but are there not crimes that diplomatic immunity does not protect?

Impeach him. Who in the world would impeach him?
To: null and void
From Article I, Section 9 of the US Constitution:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State. “
... assuming anyone pays attention to it anymore.

We couldn't impeach him as he would have diplomatic immunity! Impeachment is a political, not a criminal process. Diplomatic immunity doesn't apply (even if the idea wasn't absurd).

Treason is not technically possible. By definition a Swedish diplomat can never commit treason against America.

A sham Nobel Peace Prize while barely in office set a preceden regarding Article 1 Section 9.

“diplomatic immunity!”
We can always impeach him and under the law DI does not gaurantee a person would not be prosecuted. People have the wrong idea what DI means and protects a person from.
Plus, if you wanted to go down that road as well, that means he is also a spy and subject to execution under our laws for spying.

Diplomatic immunity is granted only to those diplomats formally accredited by the country in which they serve. If the host country hasn't accredited your diplomatic status, you have no immunity.

Romney’s father was born in Mexico and had Mexican citizenship. That Mexican citizenship was passed down to Mitt Romney.

If a Nobel Peace Prize falls into that category, the precedent was set by Henry Kissinger.
