An ex-cop in prison won’t be very well liked..............

This verdict should get thrown out by the trial judge. If not, an appeals court will trash this trial. Peterson may very well be a killer but this trial is a disgrace to our justice system.

I know very little about this guy and the case.

What I do know, is that every time I have seen him, he seems to think this whole situation is funny as can be, and he’s just laughing his ass off despite the solemnity of this situation.

When someone you have loved dies, it’s not a laughing matter.

Being charged with killing them, is not a joke. It’s nothing to laugh about, at all.

If nothing else, Peterson is one of the most despicable people I have ever seen.

It’s easy to see how this guy is the poster boy for getting what he deserves. But, the evidence is circumstantial. That can be very tough to convict even a greasy weasel like Mr. Peterson.

Also, hearsay evidence? I am not a lawyer, but how is that a good precedent. Think of it when applied to someone you know, a friend, a neighbor, you.

My guess is that it will be appealed and rightly so. He may have done it all right, but he wouldn’t be the only one that has gotten away with murder. The scariest thing to me is the hearsay angle. What a great way to frame someone who would be a perfect fall guy.

Then there are the morons in the jury. What does unanimous mean?
I work with mostly younger people who are “college-educated.” It’s appalling that their inability to spell correctly is very evident and their attention level is along the lines of a sound bite.

This could be an example combination of the dangers of lax jurisprudence and being convicted by the members of lower portion of the bell curve.

Give him life imprisonment in exchange for the location of his 4th wife’s body.
