My memory is not what it was - I thought it was four as well - then I went through the timeline recently and could only find three of them. I remember seeing a Brit production on WWII including Midway - narrated by Tim Pigott-Smith. His narrative was so low-energy I nearly fell asleep. I think it took him substantially longer to narrate the destruction of Japan's heavy metal than it took for our guys to dispatch them. I remember hearing the phrase "The Ninety Seconds of Midway" applied to this portion of the Battle.

Mostly fixed here at work...internet was spotty all afternoon, but held together until we got the checks printed. It was pouring down rain a bit ago. I’m headed home now. If I disappear...no internet at home.

Hi again, Kathy! Leg is progressing. I was under the weather earlier today - feeling more or less normal now. Getting a fair amount of rest, but frankly could use more.

Sounds like your workday was orchestrated by the DNC.

Yeah......whatever 'real time' means. Fourth quarter now and while Dallas is backed up, they're still in the lead. Sorta like politics ain't it?

I have had better, more coordinated days.

It is still blowing, but not nearly as bad. I went out on the deck and a big birch tree has gone down from the far bank of the creek and is resting on the schoolyard fence. School was cancelled today, so they haven't see it.

My Mom says the school property is 11' this side of the fence...some sort of right-a-way. The far bank that used to slope down to the water is now a straight drop. The bridge is going to have to go. Our 6 knees that don't work well are not going to be going CAREFULLY down to the bridge, walk across, and then UP the far side bank....and the handrail in down as well.

Anything the kids need to retrieve....they will have to (now legitimately) climb the fence. Then just to the left, another tree from the far bank in leaning in the school fence. And another huge chunk of bank is gone. *sigh*
