First Lady Michelle Obama’s pitch to voters last night relied on the premise that she and her husband understand what it is to struggle to make ends meet. She spoke movingly about their early years--about how a young Barack Obama drove a car that was “rusted out" and found his furniture “in a dumpster,” how they both came from families that had to “scrape by.” Her fairy tale--however well-delivered--was one great, big, colorful lie.
Both Michelle Robinson and Barack Obama began their adult lives with a leg up on the rest of America. They attended elite schools: Michelle went to Whitney Young, the public magnet school for Chicago’s upper class, while Barack attended Punahou, the private prep school for the top stratum of Hawaiian society. They were accepted to Ivy League schools despite undistinguished credentials, and both attended Harvard Law School.

Off topic but interesting tidbit about Justice Thomas. He was still paying off his student loans after he joined the US Supreme Court. Imagine hitting the pinnacle of any career and still haing to pay for college.

does everyone realize the “empty chair” is a classic trial lawyer demonstration tool? When speaking to the jury, as defense generally, the lawyer points to the empty chair and shows how someone else is missing from this trial. Someone should be sitting at this trial because they are even MORE responsible of guilt.

It remains fascinating to me that the Democrats live on lies and fairytales.
With Obama, it is particularly telling what a liar and conman he is that he has nothing to run on. He knows that his record is a record of abject failure and his style of “leaing” is no different from that of African potentates who live lavishly while they steal from their “subjects”.
Unfortunately, should Obama be defeated in November, he will continue to live large at the taxpayer’s expense. The Dems will continue to live in their fairyland and ignore his various crimes, lies and transgressions (just as they have Bubba) so they will never seek to have him tried and convicted for fraud, lying about his eligibility to be POTUS and malfeasance. Ans, neither will the Republicans or Tea Partiers. If I am going to have to support these trailer-trash, I would rather it be UNDER a prison for both of them. Their children can learn to live the “hardships” their parents claim to have lived.
The fact is that Obama is a criminal and is proving that crime not only pays, it pays VERY WELL when the American taxpayers are footing the bill.
We should all be ashamed that we KNOW this man’s history and have done NOTHING!!! What better proof do we need of the corruption of our political system??
