Maybe she can standardize all grocery stores for us! We could be allotted a certain number of items from each row. More items permitted from vegetable and fruit rows and (of course) only one item from the soda isle. At check out as each item was scanned for price, it would also tally your row totals to make sure you didn't go over!

And if you did go over you would be required to pay a tax.. or fine... whichever term Justice Roberts deems more constitutional.

We need training to know how to shop in a grocery store. Maybe we can have a class and be issued a special permit. People without permits will be subject to a background check and a three day waiting period. Maybe we can limit the total number of calories that can be purchased in a given time period.
