Being a poor person anywhere else in the world.


The poor here can get:
food stamps,
free medical,
welfare,
housing allocations.

That isn't too risky, because many of them know who to game the system.

We’ve got the richest poor in the world. Our poor are lower-middle to middle class in most other countries.
