In my own experience I had an opportunity to work on some elections in Kansas City. They have a so-called non-partisan city election process. In working with Democrats it I always chuckled to see them keep Democrats who happened to be black away from certain choice opportunities. I made it interesting when I was supporting a democrat who happened to be black because of how he was alligned with my business interests as opposed to the other candidates, also Dems outside of that election.

It was something I had some real fun with.

To address the question, I believe it is because Republicans don’t care about COLOR, they care about CHARACTER.

And as long as Dems keep pushing abortion (especially for minorities who, they pretend to be helping to plan their pregnancies) we will see fewer and fewer Democrat minorities in high offices. Soon the Dems will abort themselves out.

Obviously the conservative members of minority groups have figured this out. They have seen the statistics, and know that the Republicans aren't the ones pushing them to kill their unborn children along with their hopes for equal representation and opportunity through upcoming generations.
