Thomas Sowell uses the term “mascots” to describe how minorities are looked upon by the Leftists.
In my own experience I had an opportunity to work on some elections in Kansas City. They have a so-called non-partisan city election process. In working with Democrats it I always chuckled to see them keep Democrats who happened to be black away from certain choice opportunities. I made it interesting when I was supporting a democrat who happened to be black because of how he was alligned with my business interests as opposed to the other candidates, also Dems outside of that election.
It was something I had some real fun with.
Maybe a few in the MSM are beginning to realize they are being treated like mascots,too . . . naaaahhhh!!!
