TAMPA, Florida | August 29, 2012: To Republicans in the RNC convention hall last night, and surely to the majority of Americans watching at home, regardless of their politics, Ann Romney came across as a warm, kind and caring woman.
But the editors of the New York Times occupy a very different universe. In a nasty piece of work this morning, editorial page editor Andrew Rosenthal painted an ugly picture of Ann Romney. Using the most violent of metaphors, Rosenthal saw a woman who, of all things, had "slipped a knife into President Obama." More after the jump.

Sounds like the NYT is trying to encourage violence against Republicans in general and the Romney’s specifically.
“Here’s how you get him. He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. That’s the Chicago way!”

Hey, I’m not outraged; I hope it turns out to be true. If she *did* slip him a knife, it was a very sweet and subtle knife, but I hope it pierced an artery and bleeds ol’ blue-lips white come November. Politically speaking, of course.
So what was Ann’s comment?
These people live in a very dark place! The pain must be horrible.
But, did she twist it on the way out?
Just imagine how ugly this meltdown is gonna be in 3 or 4 weeks.
I saw that same happy look.
I heard her speech on NPR this morning. I think she slipped the knife into Obama’s *campaign*.
She did a nice job

What an unfortunately unattractive “man,” made even more so by the obvious level of vitriol and hubris that is deforming his face.
Democrats Don’t Remove Ad Making Fun of MS Patient Ann Romney

Last week, LifeNews reported on a Democratic Party ad that essentially made fun of a patient with multiple sclerosis, the wife of presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
The Democratic National Committee unveiled a video featuring footage of Ann Romney’s dancing show horse as a way of mocking Mitt Romney for “dancing” around the issue of his taxes and whether he would make public additional tax returns that the IRS has certified are legitimate. The video was meant to be the first in a series of videos on the topic and the first featured the horse, owned jointly by Ann and Mitt Romney.
However, Ann Romney owns the horse in part because she relies on the animal, and other show horses she trains,
