JERUSALEM — Nine years after their daughter was crushed by an Israeli military bulldozer in the Gaza Strip, the parents of American activist Rachel Corrie lost their legal bid Tuesday to hold Israel responsible for her death and force authorities to reopen the investigation.
A Haifa judge rejected the parent's negligence lawsuit, calling Corrie's death an accident that she brought upon herself by refusing to leave what had been declared a closed military zone. "It was a very regrettable accident and not a deliberate act," said Judge Oded Gershon.

At the time of her death, I recall reading reports that she was taken alive to a hospital where it was implied that she was permitted to die (or perhaps ‘euthanized’) to be turned into a martyr for the cause.
Whatever the cause of her unhappy end, it’s always the same when one enters a pact with the Devil.
She still looks angry to me. Set jaw, tightened lips, eyebrows drawn together. The standard expression of self-righteous “rebels without a clue” libtards. Shame that at the age of 23 she already had the perpetual angry ever-offended lefty expression. No one should look like that at 23 (well, at any age, but especially at 23). That’s the expression of a bitter man-hating divorcee, but at least they’re angry because of their own experience. This girl sought out a cause to be that angry about. What a life, to not feel alive unless there’s something to hate.
Corrie was a hardcore marxist and terrorism supporter.
Looks had nothing to do with it. She was a traitor and paid for it. There is some justice in this world.
Her parents are hardcore leftists too, just like those of Lori Benson (?) re the Peruvian terrorism case.
Remember, Bernadine Dohrn, the wife of avowed marxist terrorist Bill Ayers (Obama’s buddy), was the top leader of the Marxist terrorist Weather Underground Organization. She got some of her training in Cuba by the KGB-directed DGI.
Communist women have been the wives of some of the top communist dictators (even elected dictators) around the world (Guyana, Greece, Mozambique, So. Africa, Mao’s wife, Chiang Cheng, and Ruth Furst?, the wife of key KGB agent in the South African Communist Party, Joe Slovo).
